This system helps in broadcasting an announcement to a larger audience at distance and followed by questions and answers. This is a typical requirement where ISDN-based expensive solutions are not required. The motivation behind this solution is usually any big institute will have wired ethernet connectivity installed for other data communication. A simple system developed using a development board that contains analog to digital converter, digital to analog converter, enough compute power for speech data compression.
