In order to employ the popular algorithms of ARM, the process of PSR is represented as a series of actions out of a finite action set. The interesting attributes of each action are mapped as items and the actions are mapped as transactions. Fuzzy set and clustering method are adopted to evaluate the performance of individual action. To ascertain this, analysis and calculation plays an important role. Power system calculations can be classified into three categories in time domain: for the past, for the present and for the future respectively. And the calculations for the future seem to be more significant to support power system operation and make production arrangement. However, almost all the calculations of power system are based on the mathematic models established from the physical system; and the models may have various errors and mismatch the actual system, especially for the calculations facing the future. The mismatch between calculation model and actual system influences the analysis result and the operation of power system. Aimed at the possible mismatch between calculation model and actual power system, this paper analyzes the influences of bus operating mode, transmission line operating mode, load distribution and quantity respectively on power system transient stability. The results show that the mismatch of grid structure can influence power system stability more greatly than loads do. A microgrid consists of a combination of generation sources, loads and energy storage interfaced through fast acting power electronics. The aim of operating microgrid sub-systems is to move away from considering DG as badly behaved system components, of which a limited amount can be tolerated in an area, to 'good citizens'. The paper is focused on the development of a novel energy management system (EMS) based on the application of neural networks (NN). The EMS is able to autonomously make decisions and determine hour by hour the correct dispatch of generators with the final goal of minimising the global energy costs. Based on solved load flow, the method converts power injections and line flows into real and imaginary current injections and flows. These currents are then represented independently as real and imaginary current networks. Since current networks are acyclic lossless networks, proportional sharing principle and graph theory is used to trace the relationship between current sources and current sinks. The contributions from each current source are finally translated into power contributions to each load, line flows and losses. IEEE 14-bus test system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the method. Much effort has been carried out to find an alternative to the conventional lightning air terminal for direct protection to power stations. One of the alternative is to modify the tip configuration of conventional air terminals to enable it to be better inceptor. This paper looks into such possibility by designing and testing different tip configuration air terminals, i.e. sharp, blunt, flat, conical and concave. Tests in high voltage laboratory revealed that blunt air terminal has lower breakdown voltage and longer time to breakdown compared to other air terminals. This suggests that the performance of blunt rod is better than other rods. However, in complex data-use situations, use across organizational borders and organizational lag (from mergers, acquisitions and reorganizing) is an equally important factor for data integrity and more effective work practices as workers understanding per se. However, the magnetic flux in iron core of series transformer may change in a large range depending on the close angle of injecting voltage, at the same time iron core easily get over saturated. Over saturation in transformer iron core leads to produce large field inrush current and distortion on compensating voltage wave, bring about hazard to operation of transformer and inverter, also increase the possibility of relay mishandling and finally decrease reliability of power supply. This paper analyzes the over saturation mechanism of series injection transformer and presents a novel harmonics injection control approach to suppress.
