On the example of indium phosphide, the indicators of the series of dependence of current density on the voltage of anodization are studied. The rates of current density increase in the regime of gradual rise of anodization voltage are determined. According to these indicators, the intervals are established, within which the active pore-formation occurs on the surface of semiconductor.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129333187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is sometimes exhibited in the form of the coexistence of several stable regimes (or attractors) for the same set of parameters and inputs, referred to as multistability. We study the behavior of a chopper-fed DC drive for the several sets of parameters and inputs, when the system exhibits multistability, in the presence of noise. In particular, we qualitatively characterize the coexisting attractors by what we call their robustness to noise, by comparing the level of noise required to observe the noise-induced tipping from one attractor into another. We depict that the “main” attractor (related to the nominal operation of the drive) is the most robust-to-noise one among the coexisting for all cases being analyzed. In those terms we explain the drive's behavior in the noisy environment―whether the effect of multistability takes the form of tipping or intermittency.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131075957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to reduced chi-square and Wald-Wolfowitz tests, a model suggested by Levanyuk-Sannikov turns out to outperform a model by Prelovsek, Levstik and Filipic. Since the anomalous dielectric peak for the ammonium fluoroberyllate crystals is relatively small, a constant background contribution to the dielectric permittivity is taken into account in the nonlinear fitting.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127129461","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper looks at the task of enhancing images in automatic mode without distortions and loss of information. This work addresses the challenge of improving the effectiveness of image enhancement based on the use of the technique of power-law transformation (gamma correction). To that end, we offer a new technique of image enhancement by adaptive power-law transformation based on the APLIT approach using proposed basis functions and thresholds. The proposed method gives results close to the traditional gamma correction but is less costly computationally.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124459350","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially decision-making processes in management are complicated by the need to consider the results of forecasting the level of generation and the level of electricity consumption. The effectiveness of management decisions is determined by ensuring a balance between generation and consumption of electricity and depends, in particular, on the quality of information support of the decision maker. A proposed DSS is designed as web-based software, an element of the power management system and a software add-on to the automated control system of the hybrid power grid (HPG). The analysis of the test results of the effectiveness of DSS has shown positive results wich are reduction in electricity consumption from the centralized grid.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116992646","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
