Accuracy and continuity of meteorological data which are used in aviation specify flight safety. Nowadays, most of airports include meteorological stations. Results of current weather measurements are specified in meteorological aerodrome reports which are issued periodically and are shared with worldwide airspace users. In the paper we research an application of developed linear regression model for weather data interpolation and extrapolation by end-user equipment based on weather reports issued in half-hourly intervals. Proposed model uses a spline function as a regression function and supports multivariate data processing. Results of numerical application for continuous report reading during 24 hours for Boryspil airport indicate better performance of Bspline functions in comparison with polynomial functions.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124953510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such behavior is called the MITM (Man In The Middle) attack. Despite the usage of encryption in public networks, such attacks may happen because of the botnets. They pose a particular threat to local networks, where the data is usually transmitted in an unencrypted form. During the previous studies, the “chunking” model and method have been developed for payload authentication. They have been proven to have increased performance in comparison to the widely used methods, such as “Buffering to File” or “Buffering to Memory”. The support of the ECDSA algorithm has been added to the “chunking” method. The most widespread protocol for data transmission is HTTP, which is used in a wide variety of applications. Previously, the “Chunking” method was implemented for every version of the HTTP protocol. However, because of the structure of the HTTP/1 protocol, not all the benefits of the “chunking” method could be used. The new model of payload authentication for HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 protocols has been developed. The modified method for HTTP/2(3) has been implemented in the software library. The new library has been further tested on the subject of compatibility with the existing HTTP/2 client libraries and web-browsers. The new method may be used in web browsers, but modification of the source code is required.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124930628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Possibilities of using the TI-RADS (Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System) scale as a standardized ultrasonographic thyroid examination protocol have been considered. A new approach for determining the relationship between the results of ultrasonographic examination and cytological examination of the thyroid nodules based on computer simulations has been proposed. Using the approaches of the global optimization criterion, neural networks and TI-RADS systems, a diagram of the thyroid cancer diagnosing process in BPWin Process Modeller has been created. We have also developed a methodology for estimating the uncertainty of experimental studies. The investigated germanium single crystals were irradiated by the fast electrons with the energy of 10 MeV and flow Ω=5·1015el./cm2. Isothermal annealing of the irradiated samples at the temperature of t=120 °C with the step of 1 hour was performed. It was established based on the measurements of infrared Fourier spectroscopy and Hall effect that the main radiation defects, which are responsible for the electrical and optical properties of irradiated germanium single crystals before and after annealing are A-centres modified by two interstitial germanium atoms (VOiI2Ge complexes) and regions of disordering. It is shown that A-centre can be in different charge states (double negative and single negative) depending on the ambient temperature and annealing time. It follows from the solutions of the equations of electroneutrality and measurements of the Hall constant sign for irradiated n-Ge samples that increasing annealing time from 1 to 4 hours leads to the accumulation of A-centres in their volume and n-p conversion of the conductivity type. With further annealing, the concentration of A-centres decreases, and p-Ge is converted back to n-type. The obtained features of annealing kinetics are related to the simultaneous action of two mechanisms: annealing of the primary A-centres formed during irradiation and its second-generation due to annealing of the kernels of regions of disordering. Such anomalous annealing, in turn, affects both quantitatively and qualitatively the IR absorption spectra of n-Ge single crystals. In particular, the intensity of the absorption band of 669 cm-1, which corresponds to the negatively charged state of the A-center, will increase with increasing annealing time to 4 hours and reach its maximum. In the region of intrinsic transitions will be arising the near-edge absorption, which is due to the regions of disordering. The targeted effect of electron irradiation and annealing will provide to obtain based on germanium single crystals the sensitive elements for uncooled infrared radiation detectors, which will be able to simultaneous recording radiation in the region of germanium intrinsic absorption and photosensitivity of negatively charged A-centres.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124935611","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper represents the pipeline development of the sensor data processing, designing the sequence model with subsequent deployment on a S$T$M32F407VG microcontroller. To implement the intended study, we have considered an annual smart home temperature data which allowed us to conduct numerical experiments with the developed sequence models. In order to proceed with LSTM and GRU cells, which were chosen as a basis of the main sequence models, the data preparation and transformation process was carefully described. We opted to produce multistep generalization model using the popular deep learning approaches. Since STM32 is a memory limited microcontroller and can not hold large models, it is crucial to optimize the best model configurations - hyper-parameters set and architecture. Addressing this problem, we applied and investigated the tuning routine via genetic optimization metaheuristic. The best configured and validated model has been chosen as a candidate to be deployed on S$T$M32F407VG. The process of model conversion, serialization, deployment with X-CUBE-AI extension pack and inference step is presented and discussed. The obtained results and conclusions can be practically useful for researchers and embedded engineers who work with AI and microcontrollers of STM32 family.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125111815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The introduction of the Cu2+ impurity (1.7 %) is found to cause a shift in the position of the PT point towards lower temperatures by ~ 1.4 K and a slight change in the magnitude of the $boldsymbol{n}_{i}(boldsymbol{T})$ and $Delta boldsymbol{n}_{i}(boldsymbol{T})$ curves jump during PT.
