The developed mathematical model allows one to fully take into account the features of random sequences of changes of coordinates and control parameters, as well as to fully use all known a posteriori and a priori data about the control object. To obtain the model, the apparatus of nonlinear vector canonical expansions is used. The work presents diagrams that reflect the specifics of determining the parameters of a multiparameter stochastic control model and the regularities of its functioning. The obtained mathematical model has wide possibilities of practical application for solving problems of controlling objects of various nature in conditions of uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128044829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Here we confirm the separation of the healthy adults into three subgroups by variabilities of oxygenation. Two new measures (descriptors) of variability are suggested, which correlate with the statistical analogs and Recurrence Ratios. These measures are handier in clinic praxis because of simpler computing comparing with Recurrence Ratios. We found the lower height of modes (i.e., of most probable oxygenation levels) and their higher variabilities for the riskiest subgroup concerning tor COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131650064","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process includes immersion of a cylindrical vessel into a ladle with molten steel to rise up a batch of steel using vacuum. After that, a cored wire with addition is injected into the melt inside the vessel through a guiding tube. Also argon starts blowing from a wall in the vessel to intensify mixing. Presented 3D mathematical model is based on the conservative laws of physics and includes Navier-Stokes equations as well as Euler-Lagrange ones. The model calculates coefficients of addition and hydrogen variations as criterion of homogeneity. Moreover coordinates of wire's end are determined by predicting 3D dynamics of wire as flexible system of rods. Numerical experiments are conducted using the set of technological parameters as well as moving guiding tube and fixed one. It is found that optimal consumption of inert gas is 150 1/m and optimal wire speed is in range 0,3 - 0,5 m/s in considered conditions. The model can help to further investigate the process in other configurations.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130830328","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These systems can be individually readout, addressed, and controlled, making them some of the most attractive thin-film qubits. Quantum measurements should be performed in order to readout the final state of flux qubits. To observe the dynamics of such systems, one requires a fast magnetometer with exceptional sensitivity and low back-action. We address the problem of reducing the back-action of an RF SQUID readout circuit, which may significantly destroy a Josephson flux qubit in the case of the circuits integration. The main sources of such back-action in conventional RF SQUID and DC SQUID circuits are low-ohmic shunting resistors ensuring high damping. The advantage of flux qubits is the presence of an optimal bias point at which, in the first-order approximation, the device is immune to fluctuations in readout and control lines. Nonetheless, even such systems have characteristics limited by a second-order dissipation. The dissipation can be eliminated by using an “ideal parametric readout” based on an RF SQUID acting in non-hysteretic adiabatic mode. In this paper, we propose an RF SQUID in a non-hysteretic regime as a fast, sensitive, and scalable readout system with low back-action for measurements of a single MW photon counter based on a flux qubit.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133227807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to exclude false alarms associated with moving animals, an additional temporal informative classification feature of the seismic signals from a moving person was introduced into a person detection algorithm, in contrast to known seismic sensors. This feature is associated with a difference in a movement nature of humans and animals. Sensor tests have shown that it has a significant probability of the correct person detection along with low power consumption. It is shown that such characteristics can be achieved using a relatively simple temporal method of the moving person detection. The range of use of the developed sensor is the protection of various objects, border and remote monitoring of the people movement.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132856693","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on smart meters, it is possible now to establish viable load prediction techniques. These techniques are playing a critical role in modern smart grids by establishing a mechanism of advanced knowledge of energy demand. This information is beneficial for both electricity operating companies and end consumers. The electricity providers can take early decisions to manage an economical and reliable supply of electricity. It can also helps the customers to effectively plan their energy use and thereby reduce their overall consumption and bills. This paper employs machine learning models for building relationships between historical energy consumption readings to build and test a short-term load forecasting. A publicaly available dataset, about London city households consumption information, is used to examine the performance of suggested method. The datasets are organized and preprocessed with the help of Google Colaboratory. The used machine learning models are k-nearest neighbor (KNN) and support vector machine (SVM). The performances of these models are quantified by using metrics such as percentage root mean square error (PRMSE) and mean absolute percent error (MAPE). The lowest MAPE value of 4.13% and PRMSE value of 1.08% are secured.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131449439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ring radiator and the signal processing unit diagram that separates the right and left-handed circular polarization field are constructed. Ensuring the effective use of radio monitoring antenna complexes for their intended purpose can be carried out in the operation systems. For this, the processes of maintenance, repair, diagnostics, measuring and other are implemented. The main in the diagnostic process is to determine the failed element of the system. In this case, certain time and material resources are spent. Therefore, the problem of determining statistical characteristics in the form of the probability density function of the diagnostics duration is considered in this paper.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133328887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nonlinear relations describing the process of throttling the gas flow lead to the need to linearize the mathematical model of the process. The linearization process is performed using the MatLab Linear Analysis Points application. The nature of the model's nonlinearity makes it possible to divide the control range into several zones, within which the linearization errors are minimal. Owing to the obtained transfer functions corresponding to the operating points of the control range, a parametric synthesis of the PID controller was carried out, which ensures stable regulation of the set pressure. Adaptation of the regulator to changing flow parameters is ensured by using the principles of table controlling. The tests of the controller based on the SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC were carried out on the existing experimental plant.","PeriodicalId":164798,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 12th International Conference on Electronics and Information Technologies (ELIT)","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115845608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
