Abstract

The frequency dependences for the diagonal components of the polarizability tensor of the metal-graphene nanocylinders have been obtained in the study. Such experimentally measurable characteristics of the composite 1D-systems as the absorption cross section, the scattering cross section and the optical radiation efficiency have been calculated in the wide spectral interval. The recommendations for choosing the size and the compound of the two-layer nanocylinders for its effective application in the modern optoelectronic devices have been given.
