OSCE is an intergovernmental cooperation organization in the field of defense and security. Transnistria is a region in Moldova. The history of this conflict occurred at a time of weakening influence until the collapse of the power of the Soviet Union. Which after Moldova's independence there was a group that declared independence from Moldova and made the name of a new country with the name Pridnestrovian Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic or Transnistria. One of the triggers for this conflict is linguistic and cultural differences, where most Moldovan people are close to Romania while Transnistria is close to Slavic. This conflict caused many casualties, as well as ethnic and national sentiments from various groups. Kashmir is a disputed area in South Asia between India and Pakistan. The dispute occurred due to complex historical factors that led to conflict between the Indian government and the Kashmiri Muslim community. For Kashmiri Muslims, the Kashmir region is not only a place of origin but also representing social structure and identity. The escalation of the conflict also triggering persecution toward Kashmiri Muslims led to protests in various forms. Protests and demonstrations were also carried out because of the many human rights violations committed by the Indian government against the Kashmiri Muslim community. Human rights violations also continue to occur to the Kashmiri community who protest. This paper uses one theory and one concept, the conflict theory by Karl Marx to explain the conflicts that occurred and the concept of Human Rights to analyze the various human rights violations that occurred. Though, as a part of the European Economic Area allows Norway to integrate and participate with the EU’s single market. Similarly, Switzerland can participate in and access the European single market through a set of bilateral agreements with the EU. Consequently, both countries must accept a set of rules by the EU. This paper aims to compare and examine the bilateral relations maintained between Norway and the EU compared to Switzerland and the EU in the field of economic cooperation namely the trade and investment sectors in the aftermath of the financial crisis. This paper incorporates two types of analysis. The first part uses quantitative methods of descriptive statistical analysis and is followed by strength, weakness, opportunities, and threat (SWOT) analysis. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, penulis menggunakan konsep diplomasi publik dan multitrack diplomacy. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif - deskriptif dan melakukan studi literatur terhadap dokumen resmi pemerintah sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis kegiatan diplomasi publik yang dilakukan oleh Korea Selatan terhadap Korea Utara selama periode tahun 2017 – 2020. Pertama, upaya diplomasi olahraga yang dilakukan oleh Korea Selatan kepada Korea Utara dilakukan melalui penyelenggaraan Olimpiade Musim Dingin 2018, pembentukan tim demonstrasi gabungan taekwondo, penyelenggaraan pertandingan basket antar Korea, dan pembentukan tim olahraga gabungan Korea untuk pertandingan internasional. Kedua, upaya diplomasi budaya yang dilakukan adalah penyelenggaraan konser “Spring is Coming” dan penggalian situs bersejarah Manwoldae. Dalam menganalisis hal tersebut, penulis menggunakan Teori Sekuritisasi serta Konsep Keamanan Siber. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, BSSN dibentuk berdasarkan peraturan presiden dengan tugas untuk melaksanakan keamanan dalam bidang siber secara efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan, mengembangkan, serta mengkonsolidasikan berbagai unsur yang berkaitan dengan keamanan siber. Dalam meningkatkan keamanan siber di Indonesia mengacu pada lima aspek pada Global Cybersecurity Index yaitu aspek hukum, aspek teknis, aspek organisasi, aspek pengembangan kapasitas, dan aspek kerja sama. Global Cybersecurity Index digunakan untuk mengukur komitmen suatu negara terkait kapabilitas keamanan siber di negaranya. The Chinese government issued an internment camp policy as a form of separatism and terrorism prevention and safety for Xinjiang. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the impact of the internment camp policy on Xinjiang security and ethnic Uyghurs. Securitization is used to analyze the emergence of this policy, and one of the factor is the constructed threat created by the Chinese government. Using qualitative and descriptive method, it is known that almost all incidents were motivated by ethnicity and religion which led to the establishment of internment camps in Xinjiang. The policy aims to maintain the security of Xinjiang and also ensure that Uyghurs are not influenced by Islamic values. Another reason is because of the speech act by China about the dangers of terrorism and separatism carried out by Uyghurs. Consequently, China succeed securitizing Xinjiang, resulting Uyghurs detained in internment camps. Puncak konflik terjadi ketika Google tidak setuju dan sempat mengancam hengkang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen konflik. Teori tersebut menyebutkan ada lima jenis manajemen konflik yang dapat digunakan tergantung dari prioritas aktor konflik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode dokumen yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Google dan Australia telah melakukan kompromi setelah satu tahun melakukan negosiasi dalam konflik hak penerbitan berita. What makes it interesting is that several times the relationship between Turkey and Israel has progressed and regressed due to the unfinished Israeli attack on Palestine, besides that Turkey also defended Palestine. However, Turkey is currently trying to normalize its relations with Israel for national interest. This study concludes that efforts to normalize relations with Israel are not easy to do because of the efforts of Turkey which still wants to cooperate with the enemy of Palestine. The findings in this study are Turkey's interest in peace efforts with Israel from an economic, political, and security perspective; and efforts to normalize diplomatic relations between Turkey and Israel in 2022. This study will use descriptive research methods and qualitative data analysis techniques that explain how the Turkish government's efforts to normalize relations with Israel are between improving and deteriorating in addition to Turkey's efforts to continue to defend Palestine using secondary data. Salah satu wilayah yang rentan terhadap kegiatan tersebut adalah laut Timor di Australia karena berbatasan langsung dengan laut Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah realisasi kerjasama yang telah dilaksanakan berhasil mengurangi tindak kejahatan transnasional IUU fishing yang terjadi di laut Timor Australia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu primer dan sekunder. Dalam melakukan analisis penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teori kerja sama bilateral, konsep keamanan maritim dan IUU fishing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Diplomasi Pertahanan prespektif non-koersif untuk meganalisis penggunaan Drone sebagai instrumen diplomasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tipe deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data sekunder dari buku, jurnal dan pemberitaan media masa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Drone Bayraktar TB2 oleh Turki berpengaruh pada sistem kerja diplomasi pertahanan terutama pada upaya Confidence Building Measures (CBMs), peningkatan kemampuan pertahanan (defense capabilities) dengan melakukan latihan militer bersama, dan kerja sama industri pertahanan (defense industry cooperation) yang ditandai dengan ditandatanganinya kesepakatan atau MoU dengan berbagai negara dalam pengembangan senjata berskala internasional.
