The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the disputed Dokdo / Takeshima between South Korea and Japan on the development of Hallyu in Japan after re-simmering dispute over Dokdo Island / Takeshima by the visit of South Korean President Lee Myung Bak in 2012. Methods The study was qualitative. Most of the data were collected through interviews, literature study, observation, documentation, and online data searches. The study was conducted at the Korean Cultural Center, The Japan Foundation, Library and Documentation Centre of Scientific Information LIPI, and the Embassy of Japan to Indonesia. The results showed that the development of Hallyu in Japan after re-simmering dispute over Dokdo Island / Takeshima between South Korea and Japan in 2012 experiencing barriers. This not talk only have a positive impact, but also have a negative impact. The damage of Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, Japan is one example of the negative impacts of the use of nuclear energy. March, 11th 2011, 9.2 magnitude earthquake followed by tsunami has destroyed a nuclear power plant that located on the edge of Japan’s sea. This problem get a special concern for International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) because it involves the safety and security of utilizing nuclear energy. The approach of this research is a qualitative; the method is descriptive analyzing technique. Data were collected through library research, website research, and interview. Those data were analyzed by theory approach based on International Relation sciences. Balkan region did not escape the attention of Europe. for this region, the European Union issued a Stabilisation and Association Process (SAP) which merupaka a policy that contains the promise of the EU to the Western Balkan countries for the opportunity to become a member. That's why Kosovo had finally become part of the SAP. After becoming a part of SAP, Kosovo received assistance from the EU as a potential candidate candidate. Program assistance provided by the EU is the IPA program which is a program set up to create a single framework to assist candidate countries and potential countries to join the EU premises. Through this IPA, the EU provides financial assistance to Kosovo to build its economy. This type of research is qualitative. The method used is descriptive analysis techniques. Most of the data collected through literature, as well as the search website. Researchers analyzed the various efforts made by WFP through the FFA in its efforts to reduce the potential for food insecurity in the region is categorized as having food insecurity in West Nusa Tenggara. Author of the research methods used in this study is qualitative method, aims to describe the facts relating to the problem under study. Most of the data collected through library research, online data retrieval, documentation, and interviews. The data was then analyzed with the theories and concepts in International Relations, among others, The Role of International Organizations, and Non-Traditional Security Issues. The results showed that the WFP has done its role as an international organization that focuses on food issues. WFP is providing food assistance to areas experiencing food insecurity in Indonesia, one of which is the West Nusa Tenggara. Yet, to make Indonesian as an international language, Indonesian experiences obstacles coming from the country and abroad. In this study, the researcher tried to analyze what the measures of Indonesia are, what the constraints faced by Indonesia in making Indonesian (Bahasa) as an international language in Southeast Asia are, and how Indonesian (Bahasa) to be international language in Southeast Asia are. The method in this research was qualitative method. Most of the data were collected from interviews and literature and supported by the literature and website searches. The study was conducted in the Development and Language Improvement Department, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia and Indonesian Institute of Sciences The result showed that Indonesian (Bahasa) has great opportunities and prospects to become an international language in Southeast Asia, which is supported by the number of domestic and foreign speakers of Indonesian and some other aspects.
