The results showed that the income earned by the oyster mushroom cultivation business actors was Rp. 10,953,697, - / PP (Rp. 2,738,424, - / month). Meanwhile, the business of making oyster mushroom chips is Rp. 988. 437, - / PP (Rp. 3,953,748, - / month). This research was conducted using a survey method. Sampling of farmers who postpone selling grain and storing them waiting until the price of grain is high was carried out by using the census method for all populations totaling 17. Meanwhile, sampling of farmers who directly sell grain to 17 farmers from 374 populations was carried out using purposive sampling method with criteria respondents are farmers who have their own land with a land area of> 0.5 Ha. The results showed that the average production cost for the farmers to postpone selling GKP was IDR 12,911,329 / Ha / MT, the income was IDR 23,215,058 / Ha / MT, so that the income was IDR 10.303,729 / Ha / MT The production costs for direct selling GKP farmers are IDR 12,107,847 / Ha / MT, revenue is IDR 21,527,265 / Ha / MT, so you get an income of IDR 9,419,417 / Ha / MT. The average income of the respondent's delay in selling GKP was higher than that of the respondent who was selling GKP directly with the average difference in income of IDR 884,312 / Ha / MT. The R-C value of the delay in selling GKP is 1.80, while the direct selling value is 1.78. Statistically, there is a significant (significant) difference between the income of the respondent with the delay in selling GKP and the respondent from selling GKP directly. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara Purposive yaitu secara sengaja berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa di Kecamatan Warkuk Ranau Selatan ada 3 desa yang sedang dalam tahap pengembangan usaha ikan mujair. Peneilitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2017.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey.. Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode metode acak berlapis tak berimbang (Disproportionated Stratified Random Sampling). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Based on the description above, the researcher is interested in carrying out research on \"Analysis of Rearing Broiler Ducks in Sumber Jaya Village, Belitang II District, East OKU Regency\". Because many sources of jaya keep these broiler ducks. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the amount of production costs in raising broiler ducks was started from the depreciation of the equipment, the rental place, which was an average of Rp. 1,342,856 / production. The revenue obtained from the sales of broiler ducks is reduced by production costs, which is an average of Rp. 14,027,933 / month, while the average income in raising ducklings is Rp. 8,353,911 / month and the BEP price in raising broilers is Rp. Based on the results of research that has been done then can be drawn conclusion, as follows: 1. Potential of farmers' sleeping land in Talang Ubi Sub-district, still big enough that is 3.52 ha in average. With 58.7% of the land owned by farmers is considered flat, and 30.43% of the land is classified as sloping, and the remaining 10.87% is considered steep, and the physical condition of the land suitable for planting acacia. 2. The combination of recommended crop commodities on the farmers' sleeping land to meet the maximum revenue target, and land cultivation is the acacia, jengkol and banana commodities in the Planting Group I (K MT) I, Cassava Seasons I (MT) I at K MT II, (MT) I and II at MT II and III, Plant Seeds I (MT) I at MT IV K and MT II and III beans on K MT V and VI.
