Grantha script contains valuable information, but these historical document images suffer from noises present in the original document due to its degradation, faint ink strokes, unwanted impurities, background images, bleed through, aging of the palm leaves and so on. It includes handwritten characters and also it is an extinct language. The incentive behind this research work include presenting a novel recognition system for modern Grantha script characters and also confirming the link between Malayalam and Grantha script. After pre-processing the input image, universe of discourse is selected. Feature extraction plays a vital role in the proposed recognition process. The proposed method uses HOOSC (Histogram of Orientation Shape Context) feature extraction, which is new in character recognition, but used in some other area and ANN (Artificial Neural Network) for classification. Feature extraction methods which are used for other languages and that can be used in Grantha script like HOG (Histogram of Oriented Gradients), Gabor features, Zoning, and Invariant Moments provides classification accuracy of 84%, 76.3%, 76%, and 52% respectively. Data extraction is achieved through a mechanism, in which access to the secret encryption key is not required. The reversibility of these technique are particularly applied in the critical scenarios such as military and remote sensing, medical image sharing, copyright authentication and law forensics, where the reconstructed cover image is required in high fidelity. Many of the researchers have studied reversible image data hiding techniques in recent year. The wired interconnect have reached its fundamental material limits and wireless communication has been used to interconnect components on printed circuit board and even within the integrated chip. Channel modelling is an important aspect in any wireless communication. When communication happens in near field and in between chips or within the chips, much electromagnetic interference can occur which arises because of the material used to construct the devices and types of signals used for the transmission. This paper investigates channel modelling devised by different researchers and the parameters considered while modelling the channel for inter and intra chip wireless communication. Most of the earlier research works have focused on designing of power-aware algorithms with less focus on the behavior of the battery in different environmental conditions while attempting to extend the lifetime of the sensor nodes. Battery discharge characteristics play a major role which decides the lifetime of WSN. In the present work, the behavior of the sensor node which uses the lithium-ion battery as the power source is studied experimentally, at various temperatures. The power dissipation of the sensor node along with its lifetime is analyzed with respect to its surrounding temperature. However vibrations are merely symptoms of good or bad mechanical behaviour. Today these symptoms are used to detect solve many mechanical problems in rotating machines. These machines play the most important role in any industry. Faults results in motor failure causing breakdown and great loss of production due to shutdown of industry. This in turn increases the running cost of machine with reduction in efficiency. Therefore, early detection of fault with diagnosis of its root cause is needed. This project is an approach for fault detection of rotating machine using orbit analysis of shaft and image processing. Several works have been focused on detecting early mechanical and electrical faults before damage appears in the motor. All the techniques are very effective their way. In this project, a new methodology is proposed for identifying if there is a fault in motor. HSI is a procedure to collect and handle information across the electromagnetic spectrum. The objective of HSI is to achieve a spectrum for every pixel in the image, offering high spectral resolution. This gives an easy way of detection and understanding of components in the image. Target detection is the important issue in HSI processing. It is important to take into account of both spectral and spatial information such as spectral signature, texture feature to improve the performances. Two main approaches to Hyperspectral target detection are: anomaly detection techniques which detect the components which are different from the background and spectral signature techniques which identify the target by spectrum estimation. In the first, we have designed a single patch Microstrip Antenna. And we have simulated its results and related graphical representations. After that we have designed a 2×1 square patch microstrip antenna array and after that 2×2 square patch microstrip antenna array. Moreover, the fossil fuels will be exhausted in the future. The use of renewable energies such as solar energy and wind energy has been increased. The sun is a giant powerful energy source; in fact the earth's surface receives too much energy from the sun in one hour to meet its energy requirements for one year. The world energy demand has got high peak in the recent years, as well as the social clamor for environment preservation. Traditional solar-based inverter system is in cascaded, with simple controller and low efficiency. In new solar grid-connected inverter system has reduced power semiconductor switching loss and output stable and synchronized sinusoid current but with higher efficiency. Inverters are in use from very long time, lot of improvement is taking place, as solar is renewable source of energy, it is very beneficial to convert our old existing inverters into solar inverters. This experiment is concentrated on how solar energy is converted into electrical energy in cost effective manner and what are different types of solar inverter systems, their advantages and disadvantages and also their applications have been discussed. The experiment is the study of all the aspects of charge controller with respect to solar inverter to improve overall efficiency of solar system. SIW technology offers great advantage as smaller size and this technology integrated with planar circuits. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) process used for fabrication. Design cost will be reduced compare to waveguide. The simulations results of SIW band pass filter design have good result compare to waveguide. A SIW band pass filter is designed in order to obtain the required parameter responses from 8 GHz to 12 GHz(X band) using 3D tool software based on the method integrate rectangular waveguide (RWG) due of simplicity and easier to analyze. The main parameters concerned are reflection loss (S11) and insertion loss (S21).
