SIW technology offers great advantage as smaller size and this technology integrated with planar circuits. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) process used for fabrication. Design cost will be reduced compare to waveguide. The simulations results of SIW band pass filter design have good result compare to waveguide. A SIW band pass filter is designed in order to obtain the required parameter responses from 8 GHz to 12 GHz(X band) using 3D tool software based on the method integrate rectangular waveguide (RWG) due of simplicity and easier to analyze. The main parameters concerned are reflection loss (S11) and insertion loss (S21).
