Forex consists of data having particular ordered values in terms of time history. These values have meaning and can be further predicted for the next value. It is a very important issue of making decision for foreign exchange player (trader) in foreign exchange market. Accurate prediction of forex will give benefit to forex player. But in reality, it is very hard to realize it due to the big piles of data that are necessarily to be processed. This study will develop a system implementing a method so called as Backpropagation (BP) with additional algorithm so called Levenberg Marquardt (LMA) that can predict foreign exchange value, especially for EUR or USD currency. Moreover, input parameter increase will also be developed on BP LMA using Pearson correlation coefficient analysis that will check the correlation between the two variables, but It did not still decrease the error value. The result obtained from conducting testing, forex prediction will be implemented using BP architecture and LMA with best MAPE tryout score of 0. 2208% and best MAPE testing by 0.2693% on scenario 1 (without correlation). In addition MAPE tryout score of 0.3905 % MAPE practicing and MAPE testing score of 0.3816 % on scenario 2 (with correlation). Based on this study we can conclude that using BP LMA still generating better error value than using BP LMA added with correlation analysis on foreign exchange data pair. The margin of BP-LMA and BP-LMA added with correlation analysis is 0.1697 % for MAPE tryout and 0.1123 %. For MAPE testing.","PeriodicalId":162729,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"154 8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125885418","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Increasing number of companies are adopting cloud computing, but such adoption has not been sufficiently structured to ensure a successful migration to the cloud environment. Until now there has been no framework or paradigm that supports cloud migration to be used conventionally, so the adoption of cloud computing is still done on an ad-hoc. Therefore, in this research we designed an enterprise architecture framework for non-cloud to cloud migration using TOGAF, CCRM, and CRMM that effective and efficient framework to be used as a guide or reference for cloud migration that supports the alignment between business and IT and while considering existing conditions IT at the enterprise. We map phase and steps in TOGAF ADM with CCRM which modification steps, an additional steps, and also decrease steps based on the requirements needed in cloud computing, then adopted CRMM used to categorize cloud migration process to make it more clear. Then, the framework will be vaidated with implementation and user judgement. This research resulted an enterprise architecture framework for non-cloud to cloud migration using TOGAF, CCRM, and CRMM which consists of 4 main processes that are equipped with 10 phase and 93 steps to where in each step contains input, process, output, link processes, and tools, methods, and techniques. From the validation results showed that the cloud migration process on a framework is a good guide that can be used effectively and efficiently to help cloud migration is commonly used by all types of companies or agencies.","PeriodicalId":162729,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"221 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122861491","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hydrologists and meteorologists have tried to predict the rainfall, as it was the expected root cause of the overflow. However, there were no models available for real time water level prediction from rainfall area nearby, especially with respect to Indonesian environment characteristics. Current flood prediction system only last for 6-24 hour based on outskirts dam water level using projected time from the sluicegate to the city canals. Therefore, when there is a predicted disaster to happen, the subsequent evacuation has to be done in a short time period. Artificial Neural Network Back Propagation is one of the common methods in solving continuous data modeling and has supported multiple early warning systems in some countries. Based on the geomorphology of Ciliwung watershed, runoff drainage and land seeping variable needs to be included as one of the training attributes. Available node model has linked rainfall from nearby area to Katulampa Dam, and the model has been further developed with RMSE of 9.2142 and r (correlation coefficient) accounted for 0.8799. The result has improved the prediction capacity of the previous node model by 1%, and can be used for actual early warning system in the future. This model used batch learning for its training method but it can be upgraded to online learning where weights from the model could be readjusted automatically through continuous learning.","PeriodicalId":162729,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130189527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recommendation is a way to help learner to decide of what course they will choose next. The common approach to course recommendation is using similar or past course experience satisfaction that commonly measured by rating. However, satisfaction in the open e-learning such as Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) also can be seen by rating and learner reviews. Reviews give descriptive information about course satisfaction from other learner. The main purpose of satisfaction measurement in this paper is to predict learners' course completion. We propose learner experience recommendation using sentiment analysis and Fuzzy C-Means to determine attributes that related to a course completion.","PeriodicalId":162729,"journal":{"name":"2016 International Conference on ICT For Smart Society (ICISS)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124182138","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
