Based on the qualitative analysis and case study approach this article showed that the dynamics of political territory progression is dual informal political territory which operates from bottom to up. Informal political territory runs through contested economic activity in unconventional tin mining involving Lom people as owners or as miners in small-scale voluntarily and independently and they also cooperate with any ethics both as in capitals and in miners. The informal political on up level as a constancy involves elders authority of the community to centralize the controlling of tin mining, new territory, and land claim property which raising a group of delinquency. The informal territory political practice indicates the existence of economic rationality among Lom indigenous people. In 2016, statistics showed that the travel and tourism industry is one of the highest contributors in global economic development. This significant development of travel and tourism can influence the English language which is the most widely used and spoken language around the world. Not only as a community tool, English for tourism has a role in the delivery of quality service. This research focuses on one aspect of ESP. That is textbook analysis. Textbook has an essential role in ESP since it facilitated learner to keep focus on learning English based on their relevant topics and language function related to their field. Textbooks represent a key element in almost every language programme. Textbooks also serve to provide a structured lesson outline which can be beneficial for both teachers and students. Three different textbooks are discussed in this paper and being analysed using Tomlinson’s theory of well-designed textbook. Those are English for Tourism and Hospitality in Higher Education Studies by Hans Mol and Terry Philips; Flash on English for Tourism by Catrin E. Morris; and Oxford English for Careers: Tourism 2 by Robin Walker and Keith Harding. Gland seal system uses low pressure steam that controlled by control valve. After that the steam will be condensed by condenser, the result of condensate steam is 35 mL/s average. Condensate steam from gland seal system is contaminated by oil about 2-7 mg/L. One of the effort for efficiency the water and chemical used so the condensate steam can be reused for boiler feed water, but the oil content must be reduced to 0.5 mg/L as required by ASME (the American Society of Mechanical Engineer). From the preliminary study in the form of experiments carried out to examine the use of activated carbon in removing oil content, it was concluded that the activated carbon was effective in removing the dissolved oil content in condensate steam from gland seal system outlet. The results of the test are obtained isotherm graph with the “Freundlich” equation approach obtained the need for activated carbon as much as 25 kg and dimension of columns with a length 2.23 m and a diameter 0.14 m. So we need a support tool that can speed up the calculation process. Therefore it is necessary to develop a program for calculation, as an alternative to evaluate the strength of the ship's length. Analysis of the strength of the length of the vessel to determine the strength of the length of the ship which is the result of conversion from the barge. Lengthening strength calculations using numerical methods with the help of the maxsurf study version program. Voltage price checks are carried out on three loading conditions, namely (1) empty load conditions, (2) FWT, FOT conditions , in conditions of 50% and (3) full load conditions (working conditions) . The results of this study are in the form of a calculation of the longitudinal strength of the vessel in operation. The final output of this program is in the form of a latitude and mom style curve in the longitudinal direction of the ship. The results of the calculation of the strength of the longitudinal PBL vessel results from the shear force and moment. Furthermore, in the last ten years, the provincial government of Bangka Belitung plans to make Teluk Kelabat become an intergrated marine-fisheries development. Thus, the purpose of this study is to obtain a good database of hydro-oceanography characteristics (Currents, Waves, and Tides) in Kelabat Bay to support the development plans in these region. Interest area of this study is at the outer and inner part of Kelabat Bay. In this study, hydro-oceanography characteristics of Kelabat Bay will be focused on 3 parameters : currents, waves, and tides. Numerical modelling method is used in this research using Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS) for current model and Simulating Waves Nearshore (SWAN) for wave model. This research also use tidal data from Babel Ocean Observation Science and Technologies (BOOST) Center under the Marine and Fisheries Agency of Indonesia to verify the model’s results. From this research, tides type of Kelabat Bay is diurnal with Formzahl 3.1687, mean sea level 61 cm, and tidal range around 0-2.1 m. Significant wave height (Hs) in Kelabat Bay around 0.07-0.8 meters. At west monsoon, the wave direction dominant to southeast and goes to north at east monsoon. Furthermore, the currents start from 0.02 m/s to 1.3 m/s and dominantly influenced by tidal. The highest current amplitude are located at the gap between Teluk Kelabat Luar dan Teluk Kelabat Dalam caused by very narrow and shallow condition. The parameters were total lactic acid bacteria, total bacteria, total fungi, and Coliform bacteria. The data obtained were analyzed variance (ANOVA) and further tests performed Duncan's Multiple Areas. The population of lactic acid bacteria was higher (P<0.05) and the total bacteria, fungi and Coliform were lower (P<0.05) with addition Lactobacillus salivarius I-11. The aim of this research is to map the area of fishing ground which is the featured fish species. This research was conducted from April to May 2018. The data obtained were primary data in the form of questionnaires as many as 160 respondents and secondary data from various relevant agencies. The method of determining number of respondents with Slovin formula and selection of respondents using purposive sampling method. Data analysis of featured fish species using the location quotient (LQ) method.Classification of fishing gear using Minister of Marine and Fisheries Regulation Number 6 in 2010 concerning fishing gear in Republic of Indonesia Fisheries Management Area (WPPRI) and map of fishing ground using google earth application. The result of the analysis showed that there are 18 types of featured catched fish in the South Bangka Regency. The spread of fishing ground in these 18 featured fishes generally ranges from 0-12 miles from the mainland coastline of South Bangka Regency, in addition there are also in the Java Sea, the sea of Central Bangka Regency and the Bangka Strait. In the future, fishing ground of this featured fishes is expected to be managed well, so that sustainable utilization can be achieved which can continue to support the regional economy of South Bangka Regency.
