The main issue that causing the rural environment of China-Jiangsu is treatment of domestic sewage waste-water. Basically, these arrives due to the untreated waste water from households and are directly flowing to water bodies that are nearby to their respective areas. More than 60% of people in China are affected by this physically causing huge health problems and spread of disease and also directly affecting living beings under water bodies. By this, sewage treatment plants were built by China 5-6 years ago but still the problem exists as the treatment wastewater hasn’t improved. So, in this paper we give a research area of how to improve household sewage wastewater treatment in better way and also give a futuristic way of the latest technologies in changing the wastewater treatment into an improved level.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115894117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They occur in diverse forms and are used as pesticides, herbicides, nerve agents, etc. Organophosphate compounds are frequently used as pesticides in agrarian communities all across the world. South Asian countries such as Nepal use vast quantities of Organophosphate compounds for pest control in agriculture. Therefore, accidental and suicidal ingestion of Organophosphate compound poisoning has been common especially among the agricultural rural communities. Apart from muscarinic, nicotinic and central nervous system effects in rare instances, Organophosphate compounds are known to cause pancreatitis.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"11 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133986570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Disinfectants are one of the most important ways to prevent the virus, specifically chlorine and alcohol-based hand sensitizers. This study aims to discuss the efficacy of both alcohol disinfectants and chlorine on the Coronavirus, and that discussion led us to the conclusion that both have an effective role in killing the virus in close proportion if used in the required circumstances and in the right way. Alcohol can also be used to make hand rubs, because of its short duration of action, and reduced side effects. Chlorine can be used to disinfect many types of surfaces and facilities due to its dangerous adverse effects on humans.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124029224","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women around the world. Heart is one of the essential parts of human body, therefore, it is one of the most critical concerns in the medical domain, and several researchers have developed intelligent medical devices to support the systems and further to enhance the ability to diagnose and predict heart diseases. However, there are few studies that look at the capabilities of ensemble methods in developing a heart disease detection and prediction model. In this study, the researchers assessed that how to use ensemble model, which proposes a more stable performance than the use of base learning algorithm and these leads to better results than other heart disease prediction models. The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Machine Learning Repository archive was used to extract patient heart disease data records. To achieve the aim of this study, the researcher developed the meta-algorithm. The ensemble model is a superior solution in terms of high predictive accuracy and diagnostics output reliability, as per the results of the experiments. An ensemble heart disease prediction model is also presented in this work as a valuable, cost-effective, and timely predictive option with a user-friendly graphical user interface that is scalable and expandable. From the finding, the researcher suggests that Bagging is the best ensemble classifier to be adopted as the extended algorithm that has the high prediction probability score in the implementation of heart disease prediction.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114729684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective of this study is to examine the nutrient adequacy ratio and its relationship with the individual dietary diversity score in the rural community. The relationship between individual dietary diversity score and nutrients adequacy was assessed with and without the minimum quantity food groups intake restriction. Data was collected through the 24 hours dietary recall schedule and dietary diversity questionnaire by applying 24 hours recall method in randomly selected 491 individuals from the rural areas of Uttar Pradesh state of India. Individual dietary diversity score was measured using the nine food groups system, suggested by Food and agriculture organization, US. An analysis of the relationship with sixteen nutrients was assessed through the Microsoft excel data analysis functions. It was found that iron and niacin intake had moderate-positive co-relation with individual dietary diversity scores, and a weak positive correlation with calcium, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin-A, potassium, zinc, protein, vitamin-C, folates were found with no minimum quantity intake of the food groups. A negative correlation between sodium, phosphorus, and magnesium intake was noted; and there was no correlation noted with fat and energy. After fixing the minimum intake quantity of the food groups, the relationship between the dietary diversity score and the nutritional accuracy was strengthened. The association of micronutrients with the Individual Dietary Diversity Score was shown to be strong after applying minimum 15 grams intake quantity restriction of the food groups.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131205484","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, lidocaine is suitable for infiltration, block, and surface anesthesia. Longer-acting substances such as bupivacaine are sometimes given preference for spinal and peridural anesthesias, however, lidocaine, on the other hand, has the advantage of a rapid onset of action. Adrenaline supplements could delay the resorption and the duration of efficacy could be doubled. Lidocaine is the most important class 1B antiarrhythmic drug: it is used intravenously for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmias (for acute myocardial infarction, digitalis poisoning, cardioversion, or cardiac catheterization). However, a routine prophylactic administration is no longer recommended for acute cardiac infarction. The overall benefit of this measure is not convincing. Lidocaine has also been efficient in refractory cases of status epilepticus.","PeriodicalId":162349,"journal":{"name":"Science Progress and Research","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131500857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
