Independent variables consist of product quality and service quality, the dependent variable consists of customer loyalty and variables which include customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Starbucks Bale Kota which is engaged in sales, located in Tangerang. The background behind sales research at Starbucks Bale Kota is indeed growing, but most of the sales come from new customers, not old customers or repurchases and in this study aims to see what influences the sense of customer loyalty to Starbucks Bale Kota. The authors of this study take product quality and service quality variables because these variables are in a dominant position in the Starbucks Bale Kota phenomenon. The sample used was 170 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a research technique in the form of Path Analysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This expansion model examines the effect of perceived value, perceived health benefits, health consciousness, environmental attitude, value orientation and eWOM on attitudes toward green products. Furthermore, the impact of continued attitude toward green products on willingness to pay and intention to recommend was also tested, as well as the impact of willingness to pay on purchase intention. This study also seeks to add to the generalization aspect of the attitude toward green product model by testing in the context of menstrual cup products as one of the green products that is still rarely studied in the marketing literature. Empirical data were collected from 99 samples of female respondents who knew about menstrual cup products, as an environmentally friendly substitute for sanitary napkins. Data were collected as primary data through a survey using an online questionnaire. Measurement model estimation and structural model estimation for hypothesis testing were carried out using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The estimation results of the inner model indicate a positive influence of perceived value and electronic word of mouth on attitudes toward green products. Attitude toward green products has also been shown to have a positive effect on willingness to pay and intention to recommend. Furthermore, willingness to pay has also been shown to have a positive effect on purchase intention. Independent variables in this study is size, profitability, liquidity, solvability and type of industry. Dependent variable is corporate risk disclosure. The population used here was of LQ45 listed on the Indonesia Exchange Stock period of years 2015-2018. The sample was taken using the method of purposive sampling, and those meeting the selection criteria were also taken. The sample used was of 102 samples from 34 enterprise LQ45 period of 4 years (2015-2018). Risk disclosure in this research use content analysis based on identification of sentences act of risk disclosure in annual report. Research method that used for examining hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that size, profitabilit, liquidity, solvability and type of industry are positive related with corporate risk disclosure. Metode penarikan sampel responden yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui convenience Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Alat bantu analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel etnosentrisme dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian batik. Fraud pentagon is proxied by six variables consisting of two elements of pressure (financial target and external pressure), one variable from element opportunity (ineffective monitoring), one variable from element rationalization (change in auditor), one variable from capability element (change in directors) ), and one variable from the arrogance element (number of CEO's pictures) hypothesized to affect fraudulent financial statements. F-Score is used to determine the fraudulent financial statement with bonus plan based earnings management as an intervening variable. This study with a sample of 35 companies was selected using a purposive sampling method from delisting companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 20092016. Hypothesis testing uses a path analysis to test the Effects of Pressure, Opportunity, Rationalization, Competence, and Arrogance Against the Fraudulent Financial Statement with Earning Management Based on Bonus Plans as Intervening Variables on Companies Delisting on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2016.The results showed that ROA, DER, RKI had a positive effect on earnings management. While earnings management has a negative effect on fraudulent financial statements.
