Kosmetik digunakan sebagai produk perawatan untuk menjaga Kesehatan dan mempercantik diri, perkembangan kosmetik pun terbilang sangat cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh atau tidaknya CSR di social media melalui e-wom, loyalitas konsumen untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang sudah pernah membeli kosmetik Wardah yang berada di social media. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan penyebaran data kuesioner secara online yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2022. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur melalui Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of Product Quality, Lifestyle, on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction on Iphone Smartphone products. This research was conducted in April – July 2022 by distributing questionnaires online through a g-form with a total of 130 respondents and an inference tool used by SEM-Smart PLS. Tourism in Bantul Regency has increased the number of visitors every year. In Bantul Regency there is the largest and only center for the leather product industry in the Province of DIY. This researcher examines the level of welfare of families who work as leather craftsmen in Manding Village. This study aims to determine whether the existence of the leather industry affects the welfare of craftsmen in terms of 8 welfare approaches based on indicators according to (Central Bureau of Statistics, 2015), namely: population, health and nutrition, education, employment, and consumption patterns, housing and the environment, poverty, as well as other social. The analytical tools used were the F test (Annova) and T test. The results showed that the level of family welfare between the prosperous was moderate and the prosperous was high. Gender, number of dependents, marital status, and asset ownership have a significant effect on the level of family welfare. This research can be categorized as an explanatory research. The analytical method used is quantitative, because the research data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using a statistical approach. The population in this study were all farmers in Losari District, Brebes Regency. The number of samples is 50 farmers in Losari District. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using the Statistical product and service solution (SPSS). Based on the results of partial regression testing, it shows that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on farmer production results. This is in accordance with the t test analysis which has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This descriptive research employed a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). The analytical tools used in this study to assess a company's financial performance were Return On Assets (ROA) and Economic Value Added (EVA). The findings revealed that the average value of ROA at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2016-2021 was 1.74%. Overall, the ROA value fluctuated with an upward trend. On the other hand, using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method, the findings showed that the financial performance of the company PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk was classified as good because the EVA value of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the 2016-2021 period had a positive value (EVA > 0). This is commonly done by large companies. However, along with the growth of technology, the use of digital influencers is not only carried out by large companies but also small businesses of various types. Influencer is a person or figure in social media who has a large number of followers which can influence the behavior of their followers. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the influence strategy on consumer buying interest in PSstore products. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through searches sourced from research journals both nationally and internationally, the results of ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners, supporting books, newspapers, popular official websites and magazines. To support scientific arguments, a literature review process was carried out using the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) approach. The results of the study show that PSstore products carry out marketing strategies in collaboration with several artists who have the criteria of a large number of followers and also pay attention to a good image in the eyes of the public. The application of influencer marketing is very suitable to be applied to increase consumer image and awareness of the brand. This study aims to investigate the effects of role conflict and self -efficacy on turnover intention through organizational commitment as the mediating variable on property marketing. This study uses questionnaire as the instrument to collect the data and it also applies Structural Equation Model (SEM) to examine the research model empirically. The respondents of the study are 195 marketing staffs who work in a number of property companies in West Java area. The results of the study show that role conflict and self-efficacy play role on turnover intention. A low role conflict will increase organizational commitment and decrease the number of turnover intention.
