PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP HASIL PRODUKSI PETANI DI KECAMATAN LOSARI

This study aims to determine whether the training has a significant effect on the production results of farmers in Losari District. This research can be categorized as an explanatory research. The analytical method used is quantitative, because the research data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using a statistical approach. The population in this study were all farmers in Losari District, Brebes Regency. The number of samples is 50 farmers in Losari District. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using the Statistical product and service solution (SPSS). Based on the results of partial regression testing, it shows that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on farmer production results. This is in accordance with the t test analysis which has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that training has a positive and significant effect on the production of farmers in Losari District.
