The respondents of the study are 195 marketing staffs who work in a number of property companies in West Java area. The results of the study show that role conflict and self-efficacy play role on turnover intention. A low role conflict will increase organizational commitment and decrease the number of turnover intention. Abstract

An effective and efficient employee management can lower the increasing number of employees who intend to leave for other companies (turnover intention). This study aims to investigate the effects of role conflict and self -efficacy on turnover intention through organizational commitment as the mediating variable on property marketing.
