First, the image is compressed by using DCT. Then, the image is compressed again with the arithmetic encoding technique. After that, the result of the compression is encrypted by using two chaotic sequence functions to shuffle and scramble the file. The data sent contains important information data that is very confidential and must be kept safe. An information is said to be safe if it meets three main aspects namely confidentiality, integrity and availability. Of the three aspects can be done by implementing a security system known as cryptography. Based on the research that has been done, it was concluded that during the process of sending and securing data using HF Radio along with the encryption process and the giving of a number password to the file has been successfully carried out well. From observations of four different file types (.txt, docx,.xls. jpg) the following file sizes are obtained.txt gets 565 byte,.docx (text) gets 12,771 byte,.docx (text + image) gets 156,166 byte $(156.2mathrm{~Kb})$,.xlsx gets 11507 byte $(11.5mathrm{~Kb})$, and $.jpg$ gets 15382 byte $(15.3mathrm{~Kb})$. The location of the Experiment sending data is from Jakarta - Merak with a distance of 135 Km. There have been many applications developed to analyze social media and adopted children. Most of the existing kinship methods assume that each pair of images with a positive facial image (with an image confirming kinship) has a greater score for the group of non-negative kinship images. In practice, however, these assumptions are usually over-sampled from real-life palettes. In this research, activity involving microexpression is used as an alternative to the other parameters in kinship detection. Using several reference methods such as color features and extreme learning machines as feature extraction and classification. This set of methods offers the advantages in identifying kinship relationship. Microexpression parameters are widely used as a reference. ELM itself has the advantage of extensive training time and faster performance than other methods. The purpose of this study is to maximize classification performance and minimize errors commonly associated with the compilation of existing decisions on each ELM architecture. The results show that the proposed model produces an accuracy for the ELM training process of 80.06%. PD produces electromagnetic wave radiation that should be and can be detected with an antenna. Based on the above conditions, this research will discuss multi-source partial discharge (MSPD) detection using loop antennas in oil isolation. The MSPD is modeled with two electrodes that are sphere-plane and sharp-plane electrodes in two chambers. The distance of electrodes is varied of 0.5 cm and 1 cm. The distance of the antenna is also varied of 15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm. The oil we used was Shell Diala B oil. The signal captured by the Antenna will be compared with the leakage current detected High-Frequency Current Tranformator (HFCT) in order to ensure that the loop antenna detects the electromagnetic emission properly. The Phase Resolved Partial Discharge (PRPD) was also analyzed as the signature of PD. Tests carried out in pre-breakdown conditions. The results showed that the antenna could detect MSPD in oil isolation with evidence of comparing the HFCT signal, and the Antenna has the same characteristic when PD occurs. PRPD MSPD data on the Antenna has a pattern like a tapered triangle. At 0.5 cm electrode distance, PD often appears at a phase angle of 122. 4°;151.2° and 320. 4°, while the electrode distance of 1 cm tends to appear at the same phase angle, which is 320. 4°. This PRPD was consistent with the results of several studies done before. The farther the electrode distance, the greater the magnitude of PD. Text summarization derives a shorter coherent version of a longer document. There are two methods of summarization namely, abstractive and extractive. This paper focuses on extractive summarization using TextRank and BERT. These algorithms have been tested under various circumstances to determine the best and they all perform better on certain parameters. The goal of this paper is to determine which algorithm performs better as compared to human generated extractive summaries on news dataset. The same dataset was used for both these algorithms and the summaries were evaluated using ROUGE Score. The result showed that TextRank yielded a better ROUGE score as compared to BERT. The dynamics of the IWP with the proportional integral derivative (PID) control and linear quadratic regulator (LQR) control are explored. The effect of actuator saturation on control performance is also studied. Controller performance is evaluated through simulation by using the nonlinear model developed in Simscape Multibody. The system can always return to equilibrium with any initial angle, but as the initial angle increases, a higher input voltage is required. In the saturated case, the system can only return to equilibrium with a maximum initial angle of 14.5 degrees. The 4G system provides a comprehensive IP solution where voice, data, and multimedia flows can reach the user anytime and anywhere. Currently, every telecommunication operator is still aggressively adding eNodeB 4G, which aims to increase traffic channel capacity and expand coverage. With this problem, it is necessary to do a Drive Test which aims to check the signal using a Mobile Station (MS). Things that need to be considered in this research are improving the coverage value and quality of the 4G network in Kuta Bali with RSRP and SINR parameters before and after optimization so that it provides several recommendations for improving network quality to increase the 4G network performance in the city of Kuta Bali. Drive test is a technique for optimizing radio networks by collecting every real network information in the field and then analyzing it using several tools such as MapInfo and TEMS.
