Things that need to be considered in this research are improving the coverage value and quality of the 4G network in Kuta Bali with RSRP and SINR parameters before and after optimization so that it provides several recommendations for improving network quality to increase the 4G network performance in the city of Kuta Bali. Drive test is a technique for optimizing radio networks by collecting every real network information in the field and then analyzing it using several tools such as MapInfo and TEMS.
