The 4G system provides a comprehensive IP solution where voice, data, and multimedia flows can reach the user anytime and anywhere. Currently, every telecommunication operator is still aggressively adding eNodeB 4G, which aims to increase traffic channel capacity and expand coverage. With this problem, it is necessary to do a Drive Test which aims to check the signal using a Mobile Station (MS). Things that need to be considered in this research are improving the coverage value and quality of the 4G network in Kuta Bali with RSRP and SINR parameters before and after optimization so that it provides several recommendations for improving network quality to increase the 4G network performance in the city of Kuta Bali. Drive test is a technique for optimizing radio networks by collecting every real network information in the field and then analyzing it using several tools such as MapInfo and TEMS.
