Wake effect (WE) is one of the main factors in designing WF optimally. The effects of WE can be known from the decrease in speed in some turbines that occur as a result of interaction between turbines on WF. This issue may cause a decrease in output power on the WF. To solve the problem, power coefficient (Cp) control is carried out on all turbines in the WF. This proposed research designed Centralized Control to detect cp per turbine, modify Cp values, and obtain optimal Cp values on each turbine that could increase velocity deficit or increase WF output power. Data communication to and from the controller can be done with dcs (Distributed Control System). The processing of Cp data on the controller uses the firefly algorithm, which is limited by the number of iterations and the error value for its convergence. After simulating the implementation of Cp optimization values, the result is a decrease in velocity deficit or a 6% increase in WF power.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123507026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of them is data collection, which helps supply planning, distribution, and management of annual water. However, irrigation monitoring may be difficult to execute due to the broad agricultural land and extreme weather conditions. Many researchers have developed Internet of Things (IoT)-based devices to monitor irrigation canals. The equipment of LoRa has attracted many researchers due to its broader coverage and low consumption. However, the agricultural land may be vast, thus monitoring the irrigation with only one device will not be sufficient Besides, collisions may occur when multinode transmission is operated. At the same time, there is no management for when a new device is added. For this reason, in this research, a data communication protocol has been implemented to regulate multinode data communication. The routing protocol is also able to manage additional nodes. By performing communication optimization on LoRa, it is possible to expand the irrigation monitoring reach efficiently.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115800174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most crucial diagnosis method that has been practiced widely for transformer is Dissolve Gas Analysis (DGA). Many studies have been done to develop the DGA method to determine the type of faults that occur in the transformer by using insulating oil as a diagnostic medium. During its development, the DGA method has been evolving, among those DGA methods, there is one most recent method that geometrically incorporates five combustible gas that dissolved in oil in order to determine the type of faults. These gases represent the degradation of insulating oil, while the gas that represents degradation of insulating paper is not included in this method. This study offers a way to incorporate CO gas which is an indicator of the degradation of insulation paper into a geometric method that uses six gas combinations instead of five. Determination of the type of faults is done by mapping the identified faults from the IEC TC 10 database into hexagon geometry. It is expected that later the results of this study can be used to determine the type of faults in the transformer both due to degradation of insulating oil and paper.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129952617","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted in the industrial plant that used ring main distribution topology. Unlike previous research, this paper considers the impact of generator operation schemes. In addition, this paper also deals with the condition where one of the feeders is open on the ring main distribution system and change its topology to a radial network. Both of the conditions above have impact on DOCRs setting. The differential evolution (DE) algorithm is used to obtain the optimal time dial setting (TDS) for the relays connected in the network. Two variant mutation strategies of the DE algorithm have been implemented and compared respectively to fill the gap of previous study. The difference of operating time between DE/best/1 and PSO on all cases is above 25% while DE/best/1 and DE/rand-to-best/l is above 8.7%. This study concludes that the best mutation strategies method for solving DOCRs setting is DE/best/1. In addition, DE/best/1 has been compared with particle swarm optimization (PSO), the results concludes the DE/best/1 more optimized than PSO.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124598058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To get appropriate voltage in the lithium-ion battery, a serial circuit could be applied. However, it needs more care in every cell voltage because using it continuously causes different voltage in every cell that will bring to undercharging in a cell. In different voltage conditions, the charging process will take different times to reach maximal capacity. If that condition is allowed, it will cause overcharging in the battery cell. So, this research brings charging equalizer method with master-slave mode in order to make every cell could be charged at the same time without any worry of overcharged and undercharged in one of the cells. Two flyback converter topologies are used in an application with step down and step up mode and both efficiencies are 79.32 % and 78.36 %. The result approved that the equalizer works properly, with the maximal different voltage of every battery is 0.01 V. The time of the equalization process is based on the voltage difference between cells.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129111141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

During the same period, many deep learning researchers have proposed different screening or diagnostic methods as an alternative to the commonly used method, e.g., reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). One of the alternatives is the use of chest X-ray (CXR) images. In this paper, we first highlight the fact that by using public, pretrained deep learning model can yield a bias result. For example, by applying a saliency map, we show that a model point to features that are located outside of the lungs. In addition, by applying multiple saliency maps, differences in locations where a model focuses on can be observed. Therefore, We propose a new loss function where we constraint the saliency maps to converge to the same region. The results show that the proposed method is better compared to the model without alignment, where the F1-score of the proposed model is 91.3% versus 89.2%.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131209004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Series arc occurred when two points of the same conductor connection have different potential values. It usually happens on a cable with broken insulation. Most people rarely notice the phenomenon of series arc because it may not be visible. When it happens continuously, the temperature around the arc location will increase and potentially cause a fire. The value of the series arc fault current has a similar value as the nominal current and causes protection devices such as circuit-breaker and fuse unable to detect it. Low voltage series arc modeling is necessary to enable protection devices in detecting series arc faults. This experiment conducts low voltage arc modeling on non-linear loads containing THDi values and several line impedance values. The modeling input is the arc voltage, arc current, and arc power before the series arc occurred, and the modeling target is the arc resistance. The modeling method is by using the artificial neural network with feed-forward backpropagation. The experiment shows that the higher the THDi values in the system, the higher the series arc fault current. The modeling results show that the modeling can represent the series arc fault resistance with an MSE value less than 0.04.","PeriodicalId":161240,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Intelligent Technology and Its Applications (ISITIA)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123414322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
