The effect of image enhancement, especially the real-time of image enhancement, decides whether the system can be adopted or not. Based on the dual-core OMAP3530, we set up an embedded real-time online testing hardware device. Taking the system's real-time and the environmental noise of the high-temperature scene into account, the billet image, obtained by the CCD sensor, is simply and effectively enhanced by going through the Laplacian sharpening and the Histogram equalization. However, transmission requires high bandwidth, which makes it very difficult to process and transmit in a long distance. The purpose of this paper is to propose a new method to process and transmit CCD image, which can guarantee a low-bandwidth and long-distance data transmission. The innovation is that the transmission content of CCD image data can be flexibly selected and compressed firstly, which will reduce the transmission data. Then it is processed on the base of communication protocol so that it can be fit for wireless transmission. At last, it is transformed into wireless signal and transmitted using 3G technology. As the extension from scalar to tensor image is non-trivial, we write the process in detail. The registration framework is based on polynomial expansion transform. The idea of polynomial expansion is that the image is locally approximated by polynomials at each pixel. Registration algorithms are developed for affine model by observing the changes between source and target images locally, from their polynomial expansion coefficients. This paper puts forward a method of Goertzel algorithm applied to the LFMCW laser fuze ranging system. By numerical simulation and comparison with the FFT algorithm we can see that the method applied to the LFMCW laser fuze ranging system can effectively achieves the detection of the difference frequency which contains distance information, and has good characters of real-time detection and easy project realization. The influence of pulse excitation parameters, depth of defects, thickness of defects, length of defects on maximum thermal contrast and time for maximum thermal contrast are analysised. Length of defects are measured by using the methed of full width at half maximum .According to the research result, it is known that the maximum thermal contrast increased linearly with the product of excitation time and heat flux. It increases also as the defect gets thicker and less deeper, but will not increase always as the length of defects increase. As to the time for maximum thermal contrast, it appears more later with longer excitation time, deeper and thicker defects, however, which has nothing to do with the heat flux.
