Global financial crises-2008 was not only the debt crises but actually it was the collapse of conventional system that caused surge in Sharia complaint products demand by many folds from every corner of the world. Pakistan where Islamic banking started to came in limelight after 2001 when old Islamic banking procedures were announced NULL and VOID by sharia court and SBP set new road map for next 20 years for Islamic Banking in Pakistan. Islamic Capital market (ICM) also started its growth with rising Islamic bank (IBs) deposits and financing. This paper investigates the ICM products to maximize its growth and challenges. This study is based on review of previous papers and analysis of available data on ICM business from annual reports of PSX, NCCPL, CDC, SECP and PSX brokers. This preservation is a divine miracle. Among Islamic disciplines of knowledge, Ilm-ul-Qiraat is a well-known discipline which has been carried through by the Islamic scholars over the course of centuries as they served their lives in teaching, practising and spreading the Ilm-ul-Qiraat. Likewise the scholars of exegesis made efforts for interpreting and explaining the jurisprudence, miracles of Quran and have extracted different teachings from various perspectives. Imam Eiji is one of the scholars of exegesis of Holy Quran who was born in Persia in 8th Century A.H. There are different opinions of Qur’ānic exaggerators, commentators and the rest of scholars towards these prepositions when it comes along with the non-dedicated verb in Arabic language. Is it originated or replaced with the other one, if not replaced, then, what does it mean there? Sometimes many of them used the term. There are two major parts of the usage of prepositions, i.e.1) Rhetoric 2) Syntax. In these two most familiar fields, prepositions always stand for a specific function. Rhetorically, it refers to the meaning same as of meaning under the term of metaphor, majāz, allegory, symbolism and simile. While in syntax, it clears the position of verb and helps it out in giving the required meaning accordingly as it occurs grammatically. This documentation is at variance as some deal with the text of Hadith (matn), such as Al-Jawame’, al-Majame, al-Sihah, al-Sunan, al-Masanids, al-musanafat and others while others focus on statement and explanation like Al-Nihayah Fi Gharib al-Hadith wa al-Athar by Muhammad Ibn al-Athir. There are others which emphasizes on Sanad (chain of the narrators of hadith) and mention the biography of the Companions, (May God be pleased with them all) such as: al-isabah fi tamyiz al-sahabah by Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar (May God have mercy on him). It also examined a number of issues extracted from the rule that have a close relationship with legitimate politics, the use of inductive, descriptive and analytical approach to that. \u0000The research concluded that the blood and money of Military fighter were permissible for a period of time that does not have a capacity and not to be restricted, as the suspicion is sufficient in the injection of the blood of the military fighter just as the expansion of safety is a realization for the interest of Muslims by injecting their blood and avoiding embarrassment from them. The second is Ta'zir penalties (discretionary), and this section accepts replacement with great flexibility and wide discretion, such as imprisonment and financial fines.
