The contribution of sero in combination with bottom fish aggregating device (FAD) isimportant as the supplier of broodstock and diet for fish reared on floating cages. The objective of thepresent study was to increase aquaculture production sustainably in floating cages and to enhancebroodstock production, feed-fish stock  and fish consumption harvested by sero and FAD in order togenerate integrated business incubation in favor of fish consumption in Southeast Sulawesi. The studywas conducted in Staring Bay, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This study identifiedbroodstock and consumed fish harvested from sero and FAD, the collection of fish to be stocked infloating cages, broodstock adaptation and fish rearing on floating cages, and fish production to reachmarketable size. Results showed that there were 1,500 broodstock of Caranx sp., harvested from sero,and 180 broodstock of lobster with the size ranges between 200 and 220 g/individual collected bybamboo fishing trap (bubu) placed in FAD. During the study, the survival of  Caranx ignobilis, andlobster reached  between 84.25-88.15% and 92.33%, respectively. The fish were fed fresh trash fishharvested from sero and FAD. The production of fish consumption post harvest ranged from 380.5-560 kg/month. Indonesia needs a sustainable breeding system that can guarantee the availability of goats. Estrus synchronization is a necessity that can help uniform the breeding time and manage the time of pregnancy and birth. Artificial estrus synchronization techniques that use a combination of Prosterone and Zinc minerals give good results of estrus synchronization in goats. The Aim of this research is to understand the combination efectiveness of estrus synchronization technique with progesterone acetate and Zinc supplementation. The design of this study used two treatment groups, each group consisting of three does PE goats. Estrus synchronization of experimental animals in treatment 1 and 2 was carried out using polyurethane sponge implant method which contained medroxi progesterone acetate 60 mg. Group 1 was given Sponge Progesterone for nine 9 days while giving Zinc (Zn) mineral supplement (Elemental Zn 20 mg, Kimia Farma) orally given 7 times. The frequency of Zinc administration every day begins during intra vaginal sponge insertion. Group 2 was treated same as group 1 with 14 days of implant time and 7 times of Zinc supplementation.The results showed that both treatments occurred estrus simultaneously with good estrus quality. Both treatments show the results of the estrus 8 score assessment with the estrus 3-9 range. The maximum estrus quality’s value of group 2 was higher (8.33 ± 0.57) compared to group 1 (8.0 ± 1.0). The estrus duration of group 2 occurs for 24 hours and group 1 for 7 hours. Estrus onset of Group 2 is earlier (58 hours) than group 1 (75 hours). Both treatment groups showed an increase in temperature at period of the occurrence of estrus. Body temperature during estrus time was 38.7 ± 0.20 0C to 39.60 ± 0.26 0C. The conclusion of this study is that in both treatments of estrus synchronization using sponge progesterone and zinc supplementation can cause estrus synchronization effectively . The duration of estrus in group 1 (9 days of implant) was Shorter than group 2 (14 days of implant). The onset of estrus time of group 1 (9 days of implant) was longer than Group 2 (14 days of implant). Cocoa powder aroma and taste are determined by cacao processing stages, especially roasting. Maillard reaction occurs during roasting, produces aroma and taste compounds. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of roasting to cocoa powder characteristics. The study was conducted by roasting cocoa bean using manual equipment at 135oC in different time interval which were 5, 10, and 15 minutes. The results were compared to 40 minutes roasted cocoa bean using roaster at 135oC as control. Then the cocoa bean was further processed into cocoa powder. The cocoa powder was used to analyze the physicochemical and organoleptics characteristics. This study aimed to recognize the role of mangrove forestas biofilters in controlling water pollutants of Pb and Cu  that is predicted containing the mangroverehabilitation areas along Donan River banks, Cilacap.  The research site was grouped into fourareas, which are control zone (three km before the point source), Inner Zone (at the point source),middle zone (one km  point source), and outer zone (estuarine). Four plots were established tomeasure chemical water quality and mangrove tree density. Data colected were then analyzed usingregression model to identify the relationship between mangrove tree density and Pb and Cuconcentration in the water, substrate, roots, and leaves of Rhizophora apiculata. Analysis of variancewere applied among four zones to find out the role of mangrove as biofilters for those heavy metals.The results showed that  even though Pb and Cu  concentration in the water was not significantlydifferent, however, the concentrations of those heavy metals from the point source to the estuarinezones decreased, especially the concentration of Pb in the substrat highly reduced. As a tourism citythat has a market share not only domestic but also international, its usual if the  entrepreneurcontinuously compete for its product can be accepted by consumers. The used of advertisements in themain roads of Yogyakarta is one of the promotion stage. But in fact, the development of promotionmedia is almost not suitable with the procedures and even threaten the safety of road users.  Itsdiscrepancy happen because the lack of supervision from the government in Yogyakarta. In this study,researcher try to evaluate the effectiveness of billboard placement then assess its structure related tothe safety of road users. Input of the structural assessments is using the dimension of billboard and itsmaterial. From the field survey, there are 58 units of billboards at Gejayan Street, 91 unit ofbillboards at Kaliurang  Street, and 40 units of billboards at Monjali Street. The evaluation stepdetailed the pole construction and billboard side then done by structural assessment using SAP 2000.After the structural assessment is obtained, input the result of assessment into  the geographicinformation system developed by ArcGIS 10.1. The benefit of using geographic information system isthe data can be integrated from spatial map and additional information such as dimension, crosssection image, and structural assessment. The various kinds of material is dominated by steel and ironwith the range of dimension is about 0,4 until 20 m². The structural analysis result showed that 43% ofbillboards, the pole didn’t have structural reliability and the billboard’s side is not suitable tobuttress, so that they need to change their stucture. Dogs infected with Ehrlichiosis canis who not treated for long periods of time can cause anemia and result in death. Although many diseases are found in the field but the percentage rate of the incidence of the disease is unknown. This study aims to detect Ehrlichiosis disease in dog patients treated at Jogja Veteinary Clinic by using Ehrlichiosis diagnosis kit available in the field. The material used in this study used dog patients who came to the Jogja Veterinary Clinic during April to September 2017. Dog patients who showed signs of infection of blood parasites with clinical symptoms of appetite and drinking down, weak, lethargic, found the presence of a ticks, or there history of infected ticks was included in the study. Patients who entered the study criteria, then taken the blood through the vena cephalika by using a 3 ml sterile syringe. Furthermore, fresh blood drops on the Ehrlichiosis detection kit according to the manufacturer's instructions. Furthermore, the results are positive if found two lines and negative when only seen one line. Data of research result are presented in tabular form and percentage of disease according to result obtained. The results of the research showed that there were 7,63% (15/1,785) positive dogs suffering from Ehrlichiosis. High cholesterol levels carried by the blood will accumulate in the arteries that cause atherosclerosis. Blood clots and blockage of blood vessels can result in the stroke or heart attack. Flavonoids that are found in purple sweet potato leaves are quercetin. Quercetin has antioxidant effects that can improve blood vessel endothelial function, reduce LDL sensitivity to free radical effects, and reduce blood lipid levels. This study aims to determine the effect of ethanol extract of purple sweet potato leaves on LDL cholesterol level of hypercholesterolemia rat. The experiment was conducted experimentally using 2 groups of Wistar rats (each group consisting of 5 tails), namely the control group and the treatment group. Induction of hypercholesterolemia was performed with a high-fat diet for 7 days. The purple sweet potato ethanol extract was administered sonde in the treatment group with a quercetin dose of 2 mg /kg/day for 14 days and the measurement of LDL cholesterol was performed on days 10 and 24 by the CHOD-PAP method. Data were analyzed by Paired t-test. The results showed that LDL cholesterol level in the treatment group showed that 5 mice had decreased, the mean decrease of 32,49 mg/dl while control group 3 decreasing, mean 0,65 mg /dl. There was a significant difference (p <0.05) on changes in LDL cholesterol levels in the treatment group. Provision of purple sweet potato ethanol extract with quercetin dose of 2 mg/kg for 14 days can decrease LDL cholesterol level of hypercholesterolemia rat. From the results of this study is expected to optimize the utilization of purple sweet potato leaves (Ipomoea batatas (L.) The problem which has been observated isgiving the proper testing for steel wire as the based material in making a sweeper. Because of that,for knowing the proper testing in the steel wire, then doing observation which has given a differenttreatment. As the component which has the work with lots of friction, so the sweeper must have highhardness, high wear resistance, and high tensile strength. Based on the result of spectrometer analiticreport which was did in science and accelerator technology laboratory-  BATAN. The number of floors and rooms in multi-storey buildings which are too many often makes the building users have difficulty, especially for users who do not know the ins and outs of the building well. Not only the difficulty in finding evacuation routes to exit the building quickly in emergency times, but also to find a certain room during normal times. Nowadays, the Network Analysis capabilities in Geographic Information System (GIS) have become more reliable, even able to accommodate 3 Dimensional aspect (3D) which is often known as 3D Network Analysis. Therefore, this research intends to apply 3D Network Analysis for developing the navigation and evacuation management system in the KLMB (Klinik Lingkungan dan Mitigasi Bencana) Building Faculty of Geography UGM which has 6 floors. Generally, the implementation of this research can be divided into 4 main stages, namely Data Collection Stage, 3D Network Dataset Preparation Stage, 3D Network Analysis Implementation Stage, and Test & Evaluation Stage. Through application of the 3D Network Analysis, this research successfully obtained a navigation and evacuation management system in the ArcScene (ArcGIS) software environment which is quite effective and easy to use to help navigation and determination of the fastest evacuation route in the KLMB building. In other case, the soil properties also influence the vulnerability of soil to be detached. This soil properties characteristics is classified as soil erodibility. Erodibility factor (K) from the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) in this study was the result of soil erodibility estimation or soil capability to be dispersed by rain. K factor was affected by soil organic, soil permeability, soil structures, and soil textures. This study was contributed in Serang Watershed because of the main fuction of this watershed to supply water resources especially in Sermo Reservoir in Ngrancah Subwatershed. This reservoir was used to distribute water and irrigation to all Kulonprogo District and especially to keep the sustainability of sedimentation of soastal area di Glagah Beach. All of soil properties was collected in each landform of Serang Watershed and was analyzed by laboratory measurement. By using K factor formula, the K value can be estimated. Geographic Information System (GIS) tools were used to map and represent the spatial information of soil erodibility of Serang Watershed. The result of this study showed that the high value of K factor was distributed in the area which has genesis of structural, denudated structural, and sedimented denudational.
