Rochmad","doi":"10.22146/jntt.v4i1.4804","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22146/jntt.v4i1.4804","url":null,"abstract":"The level of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) and heart rate is one of an importent variables to determine the health of the body. The purpose of this research is to design and implement  a non-invasive tool to measure the level of  SpO2 and heart rate, so that the measurement of them becomes easier. To measure the level of SpO2 and heart rate is used the MAX30100 chip sensor, which consists of infrared led, red led and photo diode, and that are integrated with arduino uno and PC. By attach the left index fingertip on the MAX30100 chip sensor, then the sensor will transmit infrared and red lights through the fingertips and the blood molecules will absorption the lights,  while the photodioda will detect the absorption of light by the physical properties of the blood molecules, so  the level of SpO2 and heart rate per minute can be detected. Data connection between the MAX30100 chip sensor and Arduino nano is connected by I2C (Inter Integrated Circuit) which has a serial data path (SDL) and a serial clock path (SCL), and RS232 is used for connection to a PC. On the PC, the level of the SpO2, the value of heart rate and its signal will be displayed on the GUI so the results of measurement can be monitored and used to analyze body health. Kedua parameter tersebut diperoleh dengan membandingkan data eksperimen dengan persamaan Bingham plastik. Pemilihan data eksperimen yang tepat adalah kunci keakuratan prediksi tegangan luluh dan viskositas. Pemilihan data eksperimen umumnya dilakukan dengan metode coba-coba. Parameter yang diprediksi bisa mempunyai nilai yang berbeda meskipun materialnya sama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu metode yang bisa memprediksi secara sistematik kedua parameter tersebut secara optimum. Penelitian ini mengusulkan suatu metode untuk memilih data secara otomatis dan menghasilkan prediksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah particle swarm optimization (PSO). Fungsi objektif untuk proses optimasi dikembangkan berdasarkan model biplastic Bingham. Set parameter yang diprediksi ada dua grup, yaitu grup untuk aplikasi kecepatan rendah dan tinggi. Setelah dievaluasi, parameter yang diprediksi menunjukkan kesesuaian yang baik ketika dibandingkan dengan eksperimen. Kemudian, parameter diterapkan di suatu katup ‘berliku-liku’ yang menerapkan fluida MR untuk menghitung performansi. Beton Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) merupakan beton dengan kinerja tinggi yang mempunyai kemampuan mengalir dengan sendirinya, durabilitas baik, dan mempunyai kekuatan tinggi. Penggunaan beton SCC dapat menghemat tenaga kerja dan penggunaan alat pemadatan, namun jumlah semen yang digunakan lebih banyak daripada beton normal. Pada konsep bangunan hijau (green building) yang ramah lingkungan mensyaratkan bahwa pembangunan dalam bidang konstruksi menggunakan material-material yang ramah lingkungan. Penggunaan semen walaupun dalam beton digunakan sekitar 7%-15%, ternyata untuk menghasilkan semen digunakan energi yang cukup besar dan kurang ramah lingkungan. Penggunaan fly-ash merupakan cara untuk penerapan green building. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan fly ash sebagai bahan substitusi semen, substitusi ini akan mengurangi penggunaan semen yang akan mengakibatkan penurunan performa dari kekuatan beton SCC. Pada penelitian ini  mengkaji kuat tekan dan geser interface pada beton Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) dengan pemanfaatan penggunaan fly ash yang akan di substitusikan dengan semen. Substitusi fly-ash tersebut sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% dan dengan menggunakan chemical admixture type F (sika viscocrete 1003). Pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan dengan menggunakan benda uji berupa silinder beton ukuran diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm sesuai standar SNI sedang untuk pengujian kuat geser menggunakan benda uji kubus beton dengan ukuran 150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm mengacu pada metode bi-surface shear test. Hasil workability beton SCC meliputi pengujian filling ability menggunakan slump flow test didapatkan nilai yang lebih besar dari persyaratan minimum 55 cm, pengujian passing-ability menggunakan L-Box test didapatkan nilai  rasio h2/h1 yang lebih besar dari persyaratan minimum 0,8 dan viskositas/segregasi menggunakan V-funnel didapatkan nilai waktu kurang dari persyaratan maksimum 12 detik, dari ketiga pengujian tersebut maka beton tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria sebagai beton SCC. It is frequently encountered in birds, where the mite affects featherless tracts, most commonly the beak, and eyelids. Losses due to ectoparasite infestation in birds was decreased appetite, hair loss, hyperkeratosis, alopecia, itching and death. The purpose of writing a case study is provides information about the management of the scaly face in the white parrot (Cacatua alba) in the Madiun Umbul Square Conservation Park. East Java, Indonesia, on 20 July - 20 August 2020. Observations were directly, by assisting in handling and treatment in isolation cages.  A white parrot weighs 600 grams, from Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam (BKSDA) showed hair loss and keratosis around the eyes and. Handling bird placement in isolation cages, skin scraping examination, found Knemidocoptes pilae, treatment with 0.02 ml of 1% ivermectin and 0.1 ml of Vetadryl® subcutaneously 3 times on 30 July, 10 and 17 August 2020. Berdasarkan pengiriman koreksinya RTK dibagi menjadi dua yaitu RTK NTRIP dan Radio. RTK NTRIP memanfaatkan koneksi internet dalam pengiriman koreksinya. RTK Radio memanfaatkan gelombang radio dalam pengiriman koreksinya. Berdasarkan perbedaan tersebut RTK NTRIP dan Radio memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan saat digunakan untuk pengukuran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode terbaik yang dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengukuran pada TDT orde 4 di desa Banyuraden kecamatan Gamping Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Koordinat TDT orde 4 yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran menggunakan metode RTK NTRIP dan Radio kemudian dibandingkan dan diuji apakah secara statistik perbedaan hasil antara kedua metode tersebut signifikan. Selain itu, standar deviasi hasil pengukuran dengan metode RTK NTRIP dan Radio digunakan untuk evaluasi pengukuran manakah yang memberikan presisi dan akurasi yang paling tinggi. Hasil standar deviasi menunjukkan bahwa metode RTK Radio memiliki tingkat presisi yang paling tinggi daripada metode RTK NTRIP. Selain melihat nilai standar deviasi, selisih antara buku tugu dan kedua metode menunjukkan bahwa hasil selisih RTK Radio yang mendekati nilai koordinat yang ada di buku tugu. Untuk mencari lokasi dengan referensi relasi spasial tertentu, pengguna mendeskripsikannya dengan bahasa natural. Maka untuk membuat sistem pencarian lokasi yang mampu memahami masukan pengguna diperlukan implementasi Natural Language Processing (NLP). Penelitian terkait implementasi NLP untuk aplikasi pencarian lokasi masih dirasa perlu terutama karena belum adanya implementasi penelitian tersebut yang mendukung Bahasa Indonesia, sedangkan penelitian terkait yang sudah ada hanya mendukung Bahasa Inggris dengan cakupan terbatas.Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan Sistem NLP untuk Aplikasi Pencarian Lokasi dikenal dengan NaLaMap. Basis data lokasi yang dimanfaatkan adalah Open Street Map (OSM) dan digunakan aplikasi web sebagai client untuk studi kasus. Dalam mentransformasikan kalimat masukan pencarian lokasi menjadi query spasial, Sistem NLP yang dibangun melalui lima tahapan utama yaitu Tokenisasi, POS Tagging, NER Tagging, Normalisasi Entitas, dan Penyusunan Query. The high number of DHF cases in Bantul Regency, Indonesia is an indication that eradication of Aedes aegepty mosquitoes and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes has not succeeded in the Bantul Regency. Spatial Regression is an analysis that evaluates the relationship between one variable with several other variables by providing spatial effects in several locations that are the center of observation. Three type of models are Spatial Autoregressive Model (SAR), Spatial Error Model (SEM), and Spatial Durbin Model (SDM). This study uses secondary data in 2017 in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The dependent variable is DHF cases and the independent variables are medical personnel and health facilities in each sub-district. The spatial model used is SDM. Based on Moran’s I test, there was a spatial autocorrelation about DHF among sub-district, so the spatial model can be used. The sample in this research is building at Civil Engineering Building Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Methods in eco-friendly building measurements use the criteria in greenship GBCI version 1.1 through observation. The best alternative model in eco-friendly building used best available and best achievable technology for buildings. This study used 5isolates of rice endophytic gfp mutants namely IM-1, IM-3, IM-8, IM-24, IM-25. The study wasconducted in two stages, stage I using a simple Complete Complete Design (RAL) and stage II usingfactorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with a factor of 1: the type of plant tissue and factor 2:the type of mutant isolates.The results of the study of patterns of bacterial interactions in rice tissueculture showed that the percentage of infections of 5 gfp mutant endophytic bacteria isolates rangedfrom 4% -17%. The highest percentage was in mutant isolates IM-3 + gfp (17%) and the lowest was inmutants IM-8 + gfp (4%). The interaction pattern was not significantly different from the parametersof seed germination time. On the other hand, in observing the distribution of bacteria that infect ricetissue, they showed different pattern. Mutant IM-1 + gfp infection is higher in stem tissue, whereasIM-24 + gfp mutant infection is higher in root tissue and IM-25 + gfp mutant infection is higher inleaf tissue.
