It is a conceptual paper in nature. In turn, this study is designed to utilize an exploratory approach. Literature related to this topic are used as the method to analyze the content found. Based on examining three fundamental concepts in CBE: social entrepreneurship (S.E.), social capital (S.C.), and development concept. We have argued that these three fundamental concepts deserve to be reviewed from an Islamic perspective. The three fundamental concepts in conventional community-based enterprise literature contain entrenched capitalism thinking. These thoughts have deficiencies that have not been resolved in conventional literature, thus we came out with an alternative way that offers a comprehensive Islamic perspective to thoughts about the concept of Islamic community-based enterprise that can answer the challenges of local development. Further studies are required to explore the concept through systematic investigations empirically. Additionally, measuring this concept by a designed means is appreciated. The concept provides the map and alternative tool of Islamic entrepreneurship to determine the process of development which can appropriate their local conditions. In addition, it also allows stakeholders and policymakers to consider local community economic development. This study initiates a foundational contribution for an early sequence of research.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123438805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is adjusted to the term civilization itself, which has the meaning of the product of activities in human life, both in the economic, social, political, educational fields, and so on. Thus, in this case, Islam as a religion, in its holy writings, also provides a clue about the things needed in human life, although not in clear language. Enforcing the implementation of Arabic Islamic Sharia into society such as in Indonesia will form a feeling of alienation in religion. For example, in the case of wearing the hijab for Muslim women. Arab or Middle Eastern dress models and hijabs have black color. If these models are used in the Muslim community in Indonesia, the users will look different and seem strange in the community itself. Therefore, a wise attitude is needed in the implementation of religious teaching to adjust according to the existing local or local culture.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124966897","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses a quantitative approach with a systematic literature review method from various journals. With the systematic literature review method, the authors identify all empirical evidence, where the identification aims to answer questions such as \"How is the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesian Islamic banking?\", \"What is the role of the Shariah Supervisory Board?\", \"What is the impact of implementing GCG?\". The results of the analysis found that the implementation of GCG in Islamic banking was quite good but still not effective. This is because the governance mechanism is still not fully in accordance with Shariah principles. Therefore, the role of DPS in the implementation of GCG is very important and must be optimized. This finding also opens information about the development of GCG in Islamic banking today so that it can be used as reference material for further research.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128037363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It aims to help Young Muslims fit socially without sacrificing their religion's principles, acquire Qu'ranic teachings and guidance, and assimilate Islamic principles and moral values that help them lead a righteous life. It attempts to achieve that by exposing young Muslims to the Qu'ranic educational significances and lessons and the moral values and Islamic principles derived from two types of Qu'ranic dialogue: the exchange dialogue and the speech dialogue. It seeks to develop a plan that enhances acquisition of ample Qu'ranic knowledge and guidance, assimilation of Qu'ranic ethical conducts, Islamic codes and social morals. It also seeks to provide Young Muslims with Qu’ranic teachings that strengthen their faith and immunity against non-Muslim passive social influences. As well, it helps Young Muslims refute the false claims about Islam. Moreover, this study recommends educationalists to help young Muslims eliminate indifference toward their religion, foster trust in themselves toward their Islamic identity and transfer this study into educational programs, and conduct further study from another perspective. Finally, this study concludes the abolition of young Muslims' ignorance of their religion and fostering the pure Islamic doctrine in their hearts.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127312937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through this legislation, the Indonesian government plans to increase food trade and open up opportunities for the private sector to be more involved in increasing Indonesia's agricultural productivity. However, many observers consider that the Omnibus Law is unfavourable for farmers and the agricultural sector because it no longer requires the government to prioritize local agriculture products, and only imposes an obligation on the government to increase the productivity of local agriculture. Imports become one of the main sources of domestic food supply, apart from domestic production and national food reserves. The law will also remove the restriction for foreign investment in the horticulture sector and introduce a land bank to collect vacant land which will be redistributed by the government. Based on this background, this article aims to provide an overview of the impact of the Omnibus law on the current agricultural sector in Indonesia. A descriptive analysis method is used to compare the Omnibus law with the original laws relating to the agriculture sector. Finally, by taking on an Islamic perspective, it will discuss the substance of the Omnibus law, the essence of the Indonesian agriculture sector in relation to relevant regulations in terms of challenges and upcoming prospects, as well as policy implications as a conclusion.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125134401","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the role of the Nussa animation film on the character and morals of early childhood in the era of globalization. This research used a quantitative approach through cluster sampling data collection methods as many as 30 respondents conducted at SDN 1 Sukaraja and SDN 2 Cinangka with age criteria 7-8 years. The results found that correlation between the Nussa animation film against early childhood morals was 34% and has an effect of 11.6%. The transmission process presented in the Nussa animation film occurs through Umma's character as a parent and a quote at the end of the story. The wisdom contained in the Nussa animation film is in accordance with the hadith narrated by Al-Baihaqi, namely that the Messenger of Allah was sent to improve human morals and the Qur'an Surah Ali-Imran verse 110 which explains the importance of good behavior towards others as a reflection of the behavior of a Muslim and the best of the people. Umma’s character convey messages from the content of the Hadith of Al-Baihaqi and the Qur'an Surah Ali-Imran verse 110 history which is explained implicitly. So, it can be concluded that the morals of students at SDN 1 Sukaraja and SDN 2 Cinangka are not influenced by the viewing of the Nussa animation film.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130720835","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When schools and daycare facilities are closed due to the Covid-19, working mothers faced professional problems in balancing work and family duties. This research aims to understand the motherhood experience of Indonesian working mothers in the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted to collect in-depth interview data with a semi-structured scale on six working mothers in various fields. The results showed that the strain of Indonesian working mothers escalates during the Covid-19 pandemic. Working mothers are finding it challenging to divide their time and energy between employment and childcare. They felt guilty for their children because they prioritized working rather than parenting. They also experience burnout in the form of physical and emotional exhaustion with professional obligations and child caretaking. The mothers’ emotional turbulence may lead to children maltreatment. However, some mothers reported their work and motherhood dynamic can be resolved with a good support system, particularly from husband.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134024443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are so many benefits of medicinal plants, especially the bidara plant which is the main commodity of a farmer group called the Quran Garden Foundation. The vision of this bidara cultivation is in addition to a health function, as well as an effort to implement the sunnah in Islam. Therefore, the authors initiated the Smart Quranic Garden System prototype which is based on green house system automation technology and Internet of Things (IoT) based security using the ATmega328 and ESP8266 microcontrollers. This research was conducted using experimental methods, namely design and testing. The system built on this prototype includes watering, weather and security. Based on the test results, the pump on the watering system works when the soil moisture sensor detects soil moisture at an ADC value of more than or equal to 700. Whereas in the weather system, the heater will work when DHT11 detects a temperature below 25oC and the blower will work when a temperature is detected above 30oC. . The security system also responds according to the program that is set, namely the relay for the solenoid lock door will open only when the password is correct and the virtual button on Blynk is pressed. It is hoped that the system in this prototype can be implemented so that the growth height of the bidara plant in Parongpong district can be optimized.","PeriodicalId":159118,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Kajian Peradaban Islam","volume":"220 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114153322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
