The research method used is normative juridical with reinforcement on empirical data, analyzed by qualitative normative methods The results of the study show first, insurance bankruptcy provisions are submitted by the Republic of Indonesia's finance ministry as a preventive measure for community loss of policyholders, secondly, the implications of bankruptcy on insurance companies can occur in the form of material losses to policyholders that must be replaced by insurance companies and the implications of loss of customer confidence insurance if the bankruptcy process is not completed properly. The percentage of cyber crimes in Indonesia is 32%. This figure is certainly not a small number and certainly can have a serious impact on the protection and welfare of the Indonesian people This research emphasizes first, how the cyber crime policy in Indonesia in mitigating the second, how cyber prevention efforts in the future. The research method in this research is normative juridical using primary and secondary data analyzed qualitatively. First, law enforcement in dealing with cyber crimes in Indonesia has not been optimally implemented. The method which I have done in this is descriptive method. Collecting data is done by field observation, the writer had arranged by direct interviewing to the people, ravine groups and sub district groups, for knowing the real situation, in order to become as the collecting data and analysis. Library examination, the writer have collected from some books which related and the regulations to become the developing writing which having concrete data’s. The result of this examination had desribed, that the fetching tax quite succeeded, as well as the government hoped, that is the people can be put into 95% category had paid the tax this caused which the grade of obedient and people morality guite high, so the low people economy and high people economy in paying, there are no problems, even though the situation of Indonesia economy today is very concerned. Drivers of online transportation generally carry out professions in the informal sector through partnership with companies. The relationship that arises between the driver and the company that is not based on work relations has implications for the non-enactment of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Labor, This research provides a deeper understanding of how social security legal protection is accepted by online drivers. The research method in this study is normative with a case approach. The results of this study show first, the partnership-based Transportasi service company has not provided social security protection for its partner workers. Second, the regulation in partnership-based labor social security is not clearly regulated in the legislation so that the reason is used as the basis of the online transfortation company to not implement social security workers. This study aims to provide information on the first, How to investigate corruption in the criminal law optics; Second, how to investigate state financial losses in optical criminal law his research was conducted with normative research with primary and secondary data analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that legal investigations in eradicating criminal acts of corruption and state financial losses remain the authority of police investigators, as well as prosecutors and prosecutors, with technical investigation and prosecution procedures as stipulated in the formal criminal law of the Criminal Procedure Code and Law 31/1999 jo. Law 20/2001. While law enforcement in eradicating corruption that is the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission is an exception to the authority of police investigators. Even though we can find the inheritance discussion in classical fiqh books, there are various opinions to the differences of opinion of the jurists or priests regarding the sex status of khuntsa to the acquisition of inheritance that should have been received by the khuntsa. The question is isn't the classical fiqh books used as a reference in the KHI compilation process? This research shows that there is no rule in KHI regarding inheritance of khuntsa, this makes it possible for later the birth of legal certainty because of the various decisions in the Religious Court on the same case but not in classical fiqh books discussing khuntsa based on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. The research method used is judicial emperical research based on data obtained from the field. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively nomatively. The result of the study show first, the implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriege has not been effectively implemented by the Baduy community. The obstacles to the implementation of the law were the lack of understanding of the baduy community in education and knowledge and still adhering to the customs and culture in the implementation of marriege.
