The percentage of cyber crimes in Indonesia is 32%. This figure is certainly not a small number and certainly can have a serious impact on the protection and welfare of the Indonesian people This research emphasizes first, how the cyber crime policy in Indonesia in mitigating the second, how cyber prevention efforts in the future. The research method in this research is normative juridical using primary and secondary data analyzed qualitatively. First, law enforcement in dealing with cyber crimes in Indonesia has not been optimally implemented.
