A special role is played by the adaptation (assimilation) of the model to the current diagnostics data, which makes it possible to correct the model in real time. The most widely used adaptation is to the main parameters of the ionosphere foF2 and hmF2. With the possibility of measuring the total electron content TEC, the values of this parameter are used for adaptation through the definition of foF2 using, for example, the equivalent slab thickness of the ionosphere or other approaches. However, in almost all cases there is a residual deviation of the calculated values of the MUF from the experimental MOFs, which is attributed to the difference in the shapes of the model and real N(h)-profiles. In this paper, to eliminate the residual deviation, the values of the B0 and B1 parameters are used, determining the shape of the N(h)- profiles of the lower ionosphere, which is close to real. One of the most quiet days was chosen on February 13, 2014 on the Dickson-Pevek path of oblique sounding. It is shown that the use of B0 and B1 can reduce the residual discrepancy, but does not remove it completely. The experimentally measured frequency response of the bolometric array with 10×10 unit cells in the frequency range 230-370 GHz is presented. A comparison of the methods is given and it is shown that phase methods are more preferable for multibeam antenna arrays. For antenna arrays with uniform amplitude excitation, variations of phase methods for the formation of frequency-independent radiation characteristics are considered. For linear multibeam arrays, a method is proposed based on the properties of non-equidistant discrete apertures. For two-dimensional arrays, a method based on the choice of aperture configuration forming a falling amplitude distribution of an equivalent linear radiator is considered. The authors analyzed the change in the phase of intermediate frequency components when measuring the sum and difference of two mixers. Having the intermediate frequency networks characterized separately before the mixer measurements, we could observe how the change between positive and negative sideband components affects the overall frequency response of a network with series or parallel combinations of two mixers. It was shown that, due to the change from positive to negative part of frequency spectrum, the amplitude response remains to be the same, while the phase response is changed only for intermediate frequency networks. The phase response of each mixer, radio frequency and local oscillator networks are kept constant.
