{"title":"أثر الحاكمية المؤسسية على تحسين الأداء المالي – دراسة حالة شركة توزيع كهرباء غزة","authors":"حمدان ، علام محمد موسى, السرطاوي ، عبد المطلب محمد","doi":"10.33095/JEAS.V22I87.681","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33095/JEAS.V22I87.681","url":null,"abstract":"هدفت هذه الدراسة لبيان أثر الحاكمية المؤسسية بأبعادها المختلفة (المشاركة، التقييم، المساءلة، الفعالية، الشفافية، العدالة والمساواة) على تحسين الأداء المالي في شركة توزيع كهرباء محافظات غزة، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمّ تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم توزيع 306 استبانة على عينة الدراسة، وبعد إتمام عملية جمع البيانات؛ تم استرداد 267 استبانة بنسبة 87.25%. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة منها: وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين تطبيق الحاكمية المؤسسية بأبعادها المختلفة وبين تحسين كفاءة الأداء المالي، وكذلك وجود أثر لتطبيق الحاكمية المؤسسية بأبعادها المختلفة على تحسين كفاءة الأداء المالي في الشركة. بناءً على نتائج الدراسة؛ تم اقتراح عدة توصيات منها: رفع مستوي الاهتمام بالحاكمية المؤسسية وممارستها داخل الشركة، وزيادة تفعيل المساءلة في كافة المستويات الإدارية دون تمييز؛ مع تعزيز الشفافية بين العاملين، ومراجعة الأنظمة والقوانين لزيادة العدالة والمساواة، والعمل على تعزيز جانب الرضا الوظيفي والانتماء المؤسسي عند وضع السياسات الإدارية.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الحاكمية المؤسسية، الأداء المالي، المشاركة، التقييم، المساءلة، الفعالية، الشفافية، العدالة، المساواة.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000\u0000This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of corporate governance in its various dimensions (participation, evaluation, accountability, effectiveness, transparency, justice and equality) on improving the financial performance of the Gaza Governorate Electricity Distribution Company, as well as studying the relationship between institutional governance in its various dimensions and improving financial performance. Where the study used the descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire was designed to collect data related to the study variables, and 306 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample according to job titles (department manager, department head, division head, administrator) in the Gaza Electricity Distribution Company, and after completing the data collection process; The outcome of the collection reached 267 questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 87.25%. The study reached several results, including the presence of a positive direct correlation between the application of corporate governance in its various dimensions (participation, evaluation, accountability, effectiveness, transparency, justice and equality) and improving the efficiency of financial performance. There is also an impact of the application of corporate governance in its various dimensions on improving the efficiency of financial performance in the company. {"title":"واقع توظيف هيئة التدريس بالكليات التقنية لأدوات(Web2) في التعليم بفلسطين","authors":"أبو منسي مراد مصلح, بلة الصديق عبد الصادق","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2019-6-1.06","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2019-6-1.06","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على واقع توظيف هيئة التدريس بالكليات التقنية لأدواتWeb2)) في التعليم بفلسطين، وقد اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة إلكترونية تكونت من(31) عبارة موزعة على محورين بالإضافة إلى سؤال مفتوح، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها, وزعت على عينة الدراسة وكان قوامها (106) من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية للكليات التقنية بغزة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توظيف أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بالكليات التقنية بفلسطين لأدوات (Web2) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن حجم المشكلات التي تحول دون توظيف أدوات Web2)) في التعليم لدى الهيئة التدريسية بالكليات التقنية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ومن نتائج الدراسة كذلك تبين بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α<0.05) بين متوسط التقديرات حول مجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات: (المؤسسة التقنية، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة)، وكما أوصى الباحثان بتوظيف أدوات (Web2) لدى الهيئة التدريسية في التعليم لدى الكليات التقنية وتثقيف الأكاديميين والطلبة بأهمية توظيفه ودوره في تحقيق التعلم الفعال وسبل تطوير وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة لتطبيقات الويب2.0 لدى الكليات التقنية، واعتماد نتائج الدراسة في معالجة مشكلات توظيف الهيئة التدريسية لأدوات (Web2.0) وسبل علاجها في التعليم، واعتماد نظام الاختبارات الإلكترونية للطلبة، وآلية الاتصال بين المعلمين والطلبة من خلال أدوات (Web2.0)، وتوظيفه في المناهج الفلسطينية، وتوفير البيئة المناسبة لاستخدام هذه التقنية الحديثة. \u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: ( أدوات web2- الكليات التقنية- الويب2- الهيئة التدريسية- التعليم في فلسطين).\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000The study aimed to identifying the teaching members’ actual recruitment of (Web 2) tools at the technical colleges in Palestine. To achieve the aims of the study; the descriptive analytical method was conducted, using a validated electronic questionnaire consisted of (31) items divided into two axes, in addition to an open question, was emailed to a sample consisted of (106) randomly chosen out of the teaching members at technical colleges in Gaza. Results of the study showed that the degree of the teaching members’ recruitment of the (Web 2) tools at the technical colleges in Palestine was moderate. Whereas, the amount of problems that facing the teaching members at the Technical Colleges which prevent recruiting (Web 2) tools was a great degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α < 0.05) between the average estimates on the fields ofstudy due to the following variables: (Technical Institution, Scientific Qualification, Experience). It was recommended to recruit the (Web 2) tools by the teaching members in education of the technical colleges, and educate academics and students on the importance of recruiting modern technologies as (Web 2) applications at technical colleges, its role in achieving effective learning and techniques for its development.
