{"title":"أثر الإخلال الوظيفي على الأداء الوظيفي في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة بقطاع غزة","authors":"","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.04","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.04","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الإخلال الوظيفي وأثره على الأداء الوظيفي في الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة بقطاع غزة، وذلك من وجهة نظر الإدارة العليا، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبالرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، وهي (الإخلالات التنظيمية، والإخلالات السلوكية، والإخلالات المالية، والإخلالات الجنائية، والأداء الوظيفي)، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (102) موظف وموظفة، وقد توصلت الدارسة إلى أن مستوى الإخلال الوظيفي كان منخفضاً، وأن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي كان مرتفعاً، كذلك وُجِد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإخلال الوظيفي في الأداء الوظيفي، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لمستوى الإخلال الوظيفي والأداء الوظيفي تُعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي)، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأكثر من 10 سنوات، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم ندوات إرشادية للعاملين حول اللوائح والأنظمة والقوانين المالية والإدارية التي يجب على الموظفين الالتزام بها، ووضع مدونات أخلاقية لضبط سلوك الموظفين عبر توضيح الإخلال الوظيفي والجزاءات التأديبية المناسبة.\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الإخلال الوظيفي، الأداء الوظيفي، الجامعات الفلسطينية الخاصة، قطاع غزة.\u0000\u0000Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to identify the level of career deviation and its impact on job performance in the Palestinian universities of the Gaza Strip, from the senior management’s point of view, using the descriptive and analytical approach. Concerning the previous literature, a questionnaire was built, which consisted of (30) items distributed into (5) areas, namely (organizational breaches, behavioral breaches, financial breaches, criminal breaches, and job performance), and after making sure of their validity and consistency, it was applied to a sample It consists of (102) male and female employees. The study found that the level of job replacement was low, the level of job performance was high, and there was also a statistically significant effect of career deviation on job performance, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members’ grade levels on the levels of career deviation and job performance to variables (gender, academic qualification, and job title), and the existence of differences attributable to the years of service variable in favor of those with more than ten years of experience. {"title":"دور واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا على الرضا عنه لدى طلبة جامعة فلسطين التقنية – خضوري من وجهة نظرهم","authors":"","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.10","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.10","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا على الرضا عنه لدى طلبة جامعة خضوري من وجهة نظرهم. واستخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الميداني كمنهج للدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة جامعة فلسطين التقنية (خضوري) فرع رام الله ذكوراً وإناثاً للعام الدراسي 2020/2021 والبالغ عددهم (817) طالباً وطالبةً، وتكونت عينة الدراسة بنسبة (25%) من مجتمع الدراسة؛ إذ بلغت (204) طالباً وطالبةً من طلبة جامعة فلسطين التقنية (خضوري) فرع رام الله اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم رضا الطلبة لدى طلبة جامعة خضوري في فلسطين لدور واقع التعليم الالكتروني بشكل كبير خلال جائحة كورونا لاختفاء تأثير المنهاج الخفي غير المعلن، وقد كان المتوسط العام للدرجة الكلية للأداة بدرجة فاعلية “متوسطة” ونسبة استجابتها (66,3%) وبانحراف معياري (0.691) ومتوسط استجابة (3,316). أما عن الدرجة الكلية للمجال الأول فقد كانت بدرجة أثر “متوسطة” بنسبة استجابة (63,7%)، وبانحراف معياري (0.774)، ومتوسط استجابة (3.184)، أما عن الدرجة الكلية للمجال الثاني فقد كانت بدرجة أثر “متوسطة” بنسبة استجابة (68.3%)، وبانحراف معياري (0.698)، ومتوسط استجابة (3.413). كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدارسة تعزى لمتغيري: الجنس، المستوى التعليمي، في حين ظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات عينة الدارسة تعزى لمتغيري: التخصص ولصالح الطلبة من ذوي التخصص الأدبي، ولمتغير مكان السكن ولصالح الطلبة الذين يسكنون في المخيم.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: واقع، التعليم الإلكتروني، فيروس كورونا، جامعة خضوري.\u0000\u0000 Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to know the role of the reality of e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic on the satisfaction of the students of Kadoorie University from their point of view. The descriptive field survey method was used as a method for the study. The study population consisted of all students of Palestine Technical University (Kadoorie) Ramallah Branch, male and female, for the academic year 2020/2021, and their number was (817) male and female students, and the study sample consisted of (25%) of the study population; It amounted to (204) male and female students from Palestine Technical University (Kadoorie), Ramallah Branch, which were chosen by random stratified method.The results of the study showed the students’ dissatisfaction among the students of Kadoorie University in Palestine for the role of the reality of e-learning in a significant way during the Corona pandemic due to the disappearance of the effect of the hidden undeclared curriculum, and the general average of the total score of the tool was with a “medium” effectiveness degree and its response rate (66.3%) and with a standard deviation of (0.691). ) and an average response (3.316). {"title":"اليقظة في مكان العمل ودورها في الحد من الآثار السلبية لنفخ الصافرة- دراسة تطبيقية على شركة توزيع الكهرباء بالمحافظات الجنوبية","authors":"","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.11","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.11","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور اليقظة في مكان العمل (الانشغال في مواجهة الفشل، والالتزام بالمرونة، والرجوع لذوي الخبرة) في الحد من الآثار السلبية لنفخ الصافرة من وجهة نظر العاملين في الجهات الإشرافية بشركة توزيع الكهرباء بالمحافظات الجنوبية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في الجهات الإشرافية بشركة توزيع الكهرباء بمحافظات غزة، وتم اختيار فرع الإدارة العامة للشركة بغزة وبلغ عدد العاملين في الجهات الإشرافية (71) عاملاً. واستخدم الباحثان أسلوب الحصر الشامل نظراً لصغر حجم المجتمع، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانات على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وتم استرداد (63) استبانة، أي ما نسبته (88.7%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين أبعاد اليقظة في مكان العمل والحد من الآثار السلبية لنفخ الصافرة، وأكدت أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول مدى توافر أبعاد اليقظة في مكان العمل والحد من الآثار السلبية لنفخ الصافرة في شركة توزيع الكهرباء بالمحافظات الجنوبية تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية. وأن معامل الارتباط يساوي (0.995)، ومعامل التحديد يساوي (0.991) مما يلاحظ بأن هناك أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي الدالة (α≤.05) لتوافر أبعاد اليقظة في مكان العمل (الانشغال في مواجهة الفشل، الالتزام بالمرونة، والرجوع لذوي الخبرة) والحد من الآثار السلبية لنفخ الصافرة. وأوصي الباحثان بضرورة مكافأة من يبلغ عن المخالفات بالعمل وتعزيز عملية الاتصال والتواصل بين الإدارة العليا والعاملين في الشركة حتي يكون هناك اطلاع دائم ومستمر على سير العملية لتصحيح أية انحرافات قد تحدث بقصد أو بدون قصد.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: اليقظة في مكان العمل، نفخ الصافرة، شركة توزيع الكهرباء بالمحافظات الجنوبية.\u0000\u0000 Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aims to find out the role of workplace vigilance (preoccupation of facing failure, commitment of flexibility, and referring to experienced) in reducing the negative effects of blowing the whistle from the viewpoint of workers in the supervisory authorities of the Electricity Distribution Company in the Southern governorates. The study uses the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consists of all workers in the supervisory authorities of the Electricity Distribution Company in Gaza governorates. The company’s general administration branch is chosen in Gaza, and the number of workers in the supervisory authorities reaches (71) workers. The researchers use the comprehensive enumeration method due to the small size of the community, as the questionnaires are distributed to all members of the study population, and (63) questionnaires are retrieved, i.e.) 88.7%) of the study population. Abstract The study aimed to identify the level of academic leaders and their role in the requirements of organizational distinction for Palestinian universities from the point of view of faculty members, and by using the descriptive approach, and with reference to the previous literature, a questionnaire consisting of (54) items distributed into (5) fields was conducted, namely: (Performance of academic leaders And distinction in service provision, distinction in organizational structure, technological distinction, and technological distinction. The study found that the performance level of academic leaders in Palestinian universities was high, and the degree of availability of organizational excellence requirements in Palestinian universities was high. {"title":"معوقات استخدام تقنيات التعليم في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر المربيات","authors":"د. يحيى عبدالله سراج","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.07","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.07","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات استخدام تقنيات التعليم في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر مربيات هذه الرياض. واستخدِم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الميداني كمنهج للدراسة. تكون المجتمع من جميع مربيات رياض الأطفال في محافظة سلفيت البالغ عددهن (262) مربية، وتكونت العينة من (131) مربية اختيرت عشوائياً بنسبة (50%) من مجتمع الدراسة، واعتُمدت الاستبانة كأداة. وأظهرت النتائج أن معظم رياض الأطفال في فلسطين تعاني من العديد من معوقات استخدام تقنيات التعليم، وتبين أيضاً أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء مربيات رياض الأطفال في فلسطين نحو معوقات استخدام تقنيات التعليم تبعاً لمتغيرات: (التخصص، وسنوات الخبرة، والحالة الاجتماعية)؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمعوقات استخدام تقنيات التعليم في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر مربيات رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: معوقات، مربية الروضة، تقنيات التعليم.\u0000\u0000 Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to find out the obstacles to using educational technology in kindergartens in Palestine from the kindergartens’ educators’ viewpoint. The study followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The population comprises (262) Kindergartens’ educators in Salfit governorate, while the sample consisted of (131) picked randomly at a rate of (50%) from the population. The questionnaire was adopted as a study tool. Results revealed that: The majority of kindergartens in Palestine face several obstacles to the use of educational technology.There are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of kindergarten educators on obstacles of educational technology utilization due to the variables (specialty, years of experience, marital status). {"title":"دور الأحزاب الفلسطينية في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية من وجهة نظر خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة","authors":"","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.06","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.06","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية من وجهة نظر خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وأعد الباحث استبانة طبقها على عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (378) مفردة، صلح منها للتحليل (292) مفردة من خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة البالغ عددهم (22724) خريجاً وخريجة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:\u0000\u00001- هناك ضعف في دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية من وجهة نظر خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة.\u0000\u00002- هناك قصور في دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في نشر القيم الثقافية التي تنمي المشاركة السياسية لدى لشباب، وتعمل على تشجيع وتحفيز طاقاتهم، وبث روح المثابرة وتبني الأفكار والتوجهات المبدعة التي يقترحونها.\u0000\u00003- هناك تفرد لدى الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في صنع القرارات أكثر من المشاركة لدى الشباب به، ويؤشر ذلك على جمود وتعقد نظم الأحزاب ويظهر ذلك في عجزها على تفعيل المشاركة للشباب في صنع القرارات.\u0000\u00004- هناك ضعف في دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في القضاء على ظاهرة العقلية الفردية وعدم البعد عن تحقيق المصالح الذاتية، وتغليب المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الشخصية بشكل مرضي لدى الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية.\u0000\u00005- هناك ضعف في مشاركة الشباب في إعداد البرامج السياسية والثقافية والمجتمعية لدى الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية، وذلك يشير لإهمال الأحزاب في حث الشباب للمشاركة في إعداد البرامج السياسية والثقافية.\u0000\u00006- وجود علاقة طردية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية في تعزيز المشاركة السياسية من وجهة نظر خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة.\u0000\u00007- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسط التقديرات حول دور الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة فرع غزة تعزى لمتغير (النوع الاجتماعي الكليات العلمية، العمر، مجال العمل مكان السكن).\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الأحزاب السياسية الفلسطينية- المشاركة السياسية- خريجي جامعة القدس المفتوحة.\u0000\u0000 Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to identify the role of Palestinian political parties in promoting political participation from the point of view of the graduates of Al-Quds Open University, Gaza Branch, and to achieve this, the descriptive approach and the case study approach were used. {"title":"The Reality of Education in Gaza: An Analysis of the Impacts of the Israeli Blockade and Identification of its Humanitarian Recovery Needs 2006-2018","authors":"","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.12","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.12","url":null,"abstract":"This study aimed to examine the impact of the Israeli blockade on Palestinian education and to identify the humanitarian recovery needs necessary for the quality and continuity of education. The study used the descriptive analytical method which involved examining at the phenomenon under investigation. To answer the questions of the study, the Comprehensive Literature Review Meta-Framework of the Seven-step Model was employed to guide the methodology of this research to introduce profound inferences about the impacts of the Israeli blockade on education in the Gaza Strip as well as about the recovery needs necessary to ensure the quality and continuity of Palestinian education. The findings revealed that the Israeli blockade severely impacted Palestinian education in the Gaza Strip and hindered student access to quality and inclusive education in various ways. Students were the most affected by the 12-year blockade. They were repeatedly exposed to a huge loss of lives, severe psychological traumas, and worsening economic conditions. As well, teachers were not immune from the grave consequences of the blockade in terms of murder, denial of mobility and exchange, deprivation of professional development, psychological traumas, and chronic power-cut-offs. Also, the entire Palestinian educational system was impaired by the Israeli blockade in terms of direct school destruction, stuck school reconstruction, chronic power supply deficit, unprotected learning environment, and controlled educational curriculum. Targeting and controlling students, teachers, educational infrastructure, and curricula caused long-lasting impairment to the whole Palestinian educational system. The Israeli blockade was detrimental to the students’ right to quality education that would advance their competencies and responds to the compelling current and future development needs in the Gaza Strip. {"title":"درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر بغزة وعلاقتها بالبراعة التنظيمية لديهم","authors":"كميل سلمان سليمان أبو دولة, صالح ناصر منيزل عليمات","doi":"10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47641/jrs.2021-8-1.05","url":null,"abstract":"ملخص:\u0000\u0000هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر بغزة وعلاقتها بمستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم، وذلك من وجهة نظرهم، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (41) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجال، هي: (الإبداع، والرؤية الاستراتيجية، وتحمل المخاطرة، والمبادأة، والاستغلال، والاستكشاف)، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على جميع الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر وعددهم (208) موظفاً وموظفة وقد تم استرداد (189) استبانة بنسبة استرداد (91%)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين كانت “مرتفعة” وبوزن نسبي (76.3%)، ومستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم كان “مرتفعاً” أيضاً، وبوزن نسبي (78%)، كذلك وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في جامعة الأزهر ومستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم، ووجود أثر لممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى العاملين الإداريين في تحسين مستوى البراعة التنظيمية لديهم.\u0000\u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الريادية، البراعة التنظيمية، الجامعات الفلسطينية.\u0000\u0000 Abstract\u0000\u0000The study aimed to identify the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among administrators at Al-Azhar University in Gaza and its relationship to their level of organizational ambidexterity, from their point of view. The approach of the study was the descriptive / correlational approach. By referring to previous literature, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (41) items distributed on (6) aspects: (creativity, strategic vision, risk tolerance, initiative, exploitation, and exploration) The researcher applied it after being sure of its validity and stability to all members of the study population: (208) male and female administrators at Al-Azhar University . (189) questionnaires were obtained from (208) distributed questionnaires, with a (91%) recovery rate. Results of the study showed that the degree of leadership practice among administrative workers had a “relative weight” of (76.3%), and their level of organizational ambidexterity had a “relative weight” of (78.0). A positive correlation was also found. Statistical significance between the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among administrative workers at Al-Azhar University and their level of organizational ambidexterity was also found.
