Analysis of China's Export Growth under The Background of Cross-Border E-Commerce Development 跨境电子商务发展背景下的中国出口增长分析

This paper analyzed China's export growth, export structure and export direction against the background of various development stages of cross-border e-commerce. The main conclusions are as follows: First, the rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce does not drive the rapid growth of China's export. Under the influence of sluggish external demand, rising internal labor costs and epidemic prevention and control, China's export is still unable to maintain sustained growth, and there is no sustained decline, which may be the great contribution of cross-border e-commerce to China's export. Secondly, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has not led to significant changes in China's export structure, and cross-border e-commerce has not played a role in optimizing the allocation of factors. Finally, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has not significantly affected China's export direction. However, such large amount of check-in records in LBSNs cause information overload problem and increase difficulty for users to find the really desire POIs. POI recommendation systems can be employed to solve this problem. Most traditional POI recommendation methods are CF (Collaborative Filtering) based and achieve recommendations for a particular user according to check-in records of his similar users. In this paper, we propose an adaptive CF based algorithm to achieve POI recommendations for users, considering their personalized activity regions. Compare with existing algorithm, our algorithm does not construct user-POI matrix by using the entire historical records. Instead, we first explore users’ activity regions and construct more personalized user-POI matrix for each particular user according to corresponding activity regions. Besides, we propose a method to dynamically determine the number of similar users for a certain user, instead of using a fix number for all users, leading to more personalized recommendations. We have implemented our POI recommendation system and compared with state-of-the-art methods by using Foursquare dataset. From the perspective of stakeholders in the Internet industry, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation index system of social responsibility for the Internet industry, which contains nine dimensions and 25 sub-indexes. Based on the established evaluation index system, ten listed Internet companies such as Alibaba and Tencent were selected to evaluate their social responsibility performance and compared. Then, it uses Multiple Regression Analysis to make an empirical analysis on the impact of China's population mobility on the level of economic development, and comes to the main conclusion that China's floating population has a low educational level, and the reasons for the mobility are affected by the economy. Population mobility not only promotes economic development, but also causes the unbalanced development of economic development in economy, society and industry. This paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions on the impact of China's population mobility on the level of economic growth. to alleviate the impact of population mobility on the level of economic development. This paper investigates the impact of population mobility on the level of economic development by using the method of regression analysis. Under the condition of ensuring great performance, the existing PM models are faced with the challenge of time complexity and universality because they take too long to execute and their working conditions come-= with harsh restrictions. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm named CirclePrune (CP) which optimizes the runtime in large-scale network and loosens the constraints by warming up, and apply it to the scenario of livestreaming marketing.
