摘要

:“碳峰碳中和”目标既是生态文明建设的要求,也是经济高质量发展的明确要求。为了实现“碳峰值与碳中和”的目标,中国正面临着经济结构与能源结构同步转型升级。随着中国现代化建设的推进,电网将继续发挥“桥梁”和“纽带”的作用,中国未来的配电网将成为发展的关键。建设智能配电网是建设新型电网的需要,也是向能源互联网转型升级的要求。本文分析了发达国家配电网演进和发展的主要驱动因素和路径,根据中国未来配电网发展的区域经济发展、乡村振兴、碳峰与碳中和、新型电网等主要需求,提出了中国未来智能配电网发展的功能定位和主要特征。并根据其主要特点设计了未来智能配电网的指标体系,从而指导未来配电网的发展方向。
