The regional commercial bank is an important part of the Chinese multi-level financial market. In recent years, the risks of regional commercial banks have been gradually exposed, which can easily lead to the accumulation of systemic risks. This paper takes the impact of household financial management on the scale of systemic risk overflow of regional commercial banks as the research object, takes the data of China's household financial survey as the data source of household financial asset allocation, and uses market volatility, liquidity spread, term spread and credit spread are used as state variables to measure the level of the overflow of systemic risk of regional banks by the method of CoVaR, and on this basis, we established a fixed-effect model to test the significance of the effect. The research shows that the model constructed in this paper is significant and robust. The higher the proportion of risky assets held by households, the higher the risk overflow of regional commercial banks operating in the region to the banking system. This paper aims to analyze the dynamic correlation between bitcoin and two important financial assets, i.e., crude oil and gold. This paper selects weekly data from January 2014 to April 2022 and then uses the DCC-GARCH model to measure the dynamic correlation between bitcoin and crude oil, as well as bitcoin and gold assets. The empirical results show that: (1) Compared with gold and crude oil, bitcoin has the greatest risk, while gold has the least risk. However, crude oil proved a higher risk in the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic. (2) Bitcoin’s rate of return is negatively correlated with risk, while the return and risk of gold and crude oil do not show significant correlation. (3) The correlation between bitcoin and crude oil and between bitcoin and gold shows obvious volatility. We can find that the positive correlation between bitcoin and crude oil increased significantly in the early period of the COVID-19 pandemic, while the negative correlation between bitcoin and gold became more pronounced during that time period. In order to summarize the characteristics and models of talent policy in FTZ, and provide theoretical and practical reference for the formulation of talent policy, the paper mainly analyzed talent policy texts published publicly by 12 FTZs in China before the end of 2018, and Nvivo 12 is used to reveal the characteristics of FTZ talent policy through word frequency analysis and thematic coding analysis. The research reveals the overall characteristics of the talent policy in the FTZ, and through the research of theme coding, it is found that FTZs mainly focus on five dimensions of talent policy including innovative talent ideas, diversified and flexible talent introduction, professional evaluation and incentive system, comprehensive talent cultivation and continuous improvement of talent service. Findings of this historical analysis from 2015 to 2019 helps to identify the appropriate method of how Qantas finances its overall operation and how the company raises funds to support its potential growth. According to Global Industry Classification (GICS), Virgin Australia Limited (VAH), Alliance Aviation Services Limited (AQZ), Regional Express Holdings Limited (REX) and Air New Zealand (AIZ) operates in the same sector as Qantas within the same transportation industry group. Therefore, the capital structure of these four industry-representative companies and Modigliani-Miller theory, trade-off theory, and free cash flow hypothesis can be used as an important criterion for comparison and to measure the optimal structure of Qantas.
