Security agencies patrols and has aesthetic value. The subtle distinction between Hiking and trekking is that of duration only. Hiking involves long walks along the trail for a single day mostly, while Trekking is done for a number of consecutive days and nights. These strolls have significantly become first line of defense in keeping lifestyle diseases including obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and fatty liver at bay. Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by brisk walks have not only shown weight loss, but also reduction in higher levels of the liver enzymes like Alanine transaminase (ALT), Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), and Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT). Regular walking has substantiated the increase in High-density lipoprotein (HDL) and decrease in low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Scientists investigate the links between walking and lifestyle diseases to guarantee its health benefits. Subsequently practice should be carried forward to ensure health benefits and research should seek to understand as to how Trekking and life style diseases are interlinked.

The World Health Organization (WHO) reported that the number of people exposed to the Hepatitis B virus is about 2 billion global population and two hundred and forty million of the world population are chronic carriers. This work is on screening of blood for possible hepatitis B infection among the donors at State Hospital, Ijaye, Abeokuta, Ogun State, to determine the prevalence of such cases. The study was conducted from August 2021 through January 2022 at State Hospital, Ijaye, Abeokuta, Ogun State, South-west Nigeria.\u0000Two hundred (200) adults that were voluntary blood donors in the age range of 20 to 50\u0000years old were selected for the study. And, two mililitres of blood samples were collected from each donor using vacutainer tubes and allowed to clot at 25 °C. A 50 µl serum of each blood sample was then pipetted from the vacutainer tube for analysis using the Lab ACON HBsAg Test strip. Positive samples to the HBsAg Test strip were further tested, using the primary confirmatory test: Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) using the ARCHITECT HBsAg Qualitative Confirmatory assay. Twenty-seven samples originally tested positive for HBsAg, and twenty-two were confirmed HBsAg-positive using Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA), giving an overall prevalence of 11%, this being considered greater than the threshold of 7 % rated as HBsAg in an adult population, the study sample indicated an endemic population.

Congestive cardiac failure continues to be a major cause of death throughout the world despite dramatic advances made in the treatment over the last 25 years. As it is growing and people are affected by it, the nurse has an important role in helping the people to live with the disease and control it through various preventive and therapeutic measures. Exercise and education programs are designed to improve the patient’s quality of life after a heart failure or another heart problem. It includes a program of structured exercise that is now generally believed not only to improve morbidity but also to reduce mortality in patients who have suffered a CCF. Material and Method: A Quasi-experimental post-study only design without a control group approach was undertaken in Pravara Rural Hospital. A total of 30 congestive cardiac failure patients were randomly assigned to receive the intervention of the Exercise program. The nurse investigator provided 05 minutes exercise program. Assessment of effectiveness is performed by evaluating Quality of Life. The data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics, wherever required. Results: It was found that the exercise program significantly improved QOL. A statistically significant difference was found between the group QOL (t=15.47) there was a significant association found between socio-demographic characteristics (0 . 840 dna 8.8.0 ) at p<0.05 level. Conclusion: The study outcome revealed that the exercise program was found to be effective in improving the QOL among congestive cardiac failure patients. Hence it shouldbe emphasized that exercise programs should be practiced for the vulnerable CCF patient with routine care.

The external and internal pathway of thrombus formation proceeds with the participation of coagulation factors. This process involves the formation of fibrin, a protein that forms the basis of a blood clot. Fibrin as a scaffold gives the thrombus strength. With coagulopathy, due to a lack of coagulation factors, fibrin formation does not occur. Without fibrin, a thrombus is not able to reliably anchor at the site of injury. Uncontrolled bleeding occurs, which can lead to death.\u0000\u0000The purpose of this review was to assess the frequency, clinical presentation, genetic basis, possibilities and difficulties in diagnosing these deficiencies. Rare blood clotting disorders (RBCD) include monogenic coagulopathies caused by a deficiency of plasma proteins involved in hemostasis, not related to von Willebrand disease and hemophilia A or B. RBCD include hereditary deficiencies or abnormalities of fibrinogen, prothrombin (factor II), coagulation factors V, VII, X, XI, XII, XIII. All these violations in the overwhelming majority of cases lead to violations of fibrin formation. The reasons for the development of RBCD are, as a rule, recessive inheritance of unique or rare nucleotide changes in genes encoding coagulation factors, or in proteins required for post-translational modifications of these factors. RBCD are most common in ethnic groups in which closely related marriages are accepted, due to the greater likelihood of homozygous carriage of the gene defect.
