Lalang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMP Al Washliyah 23 Kp. The total number of 113 students in Lalang was students of class VIII-1 at SMP Al Washliyah 23 Kp. 30 students for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data is done by making a list of raw scores, making a frequency distribution of raw scores, calculating student ability scores, finding the average value, classifying student abilities, making descriptions of student ability classifications and making descriptions of student ability classifications. Based on the results of the data processing as a whole it was found that students who were good at writing poetry through the application were 22 people (73.3%) and students who were not good at writing poetry were 8 people (26.7%). Thus it can be said that the ability to write poetry through the Canva application for class VIII students of SMP Al Washliyah 23 Kp. The data collection is done by distributing a lift to the staff of Rotaryana. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and double regression analysis with two free variables. Validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests that include normality tests, multicolinearity tests, and heterocedasthesis tests performed to acquire the validity of regression models. The results show that: (1) collectively, organizational culture and motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. (2) there is no positive and significant influence between organizational cultures and employees performance. Apart from that, the scanning process can also be carried out using a good-quality camera. Digital data can be stored and viewed again quickly, so the scanning process has problems. This lies in the difference in paper quality, making the scan results look bad or much noise, making the image unclear. Noise is a disturbance in the image in the form of spots in the picture, usually caused by imperfections in the scanning process or dirt in the document. The objective of this study is to contribute insights that can inform the future direction of research on collaborative governance. The researcher conducted an investigation on the utilization of R Studio (specifically, Biblioshiny) and performed a comprehensive assessment of scientific literature pertaining to collaborative governance. This investigation involved the analysis and visualization of data from 135 examples across multiple sectors. Following a comprehensive review, the researcher has successfully identified significant variables that possess the potential to exert influence on collaborative governance. This identification was achieved through the utilization of data analysis and visualization techniques applied to a corpus of 135 documents authored by 377 scientists, which were sourced from 89 reputable journals published within the timeframe spanning from 2009 to 2023. It is worth noting that research pertaining to this subject matter has experienced a surge in interest since 2002, and this trend has persisted with an annual growth rate of 12.18%. The biblioshiny mapping results provide an overview of five prominent research themes in the field of collaborative governance management. These themes are identified based on the minimum five-word frequency and word count per year. The subjects encompassed in this discourse consist of governance approach models, climate change, decision-making processes, collaborative governance, and stakeholders. In recent years, esteemed academic publications such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, together with Public Administration Review, have played a pivotal role in promoting and fostering research on Collaborative Governance. So that correctional institutions have a role in implementing prisoner development through a correctional system based on education, rehabilitation and reintegration in order to uphold their human rights. This research method is normative research supported by field research on secondary data. Then the theory used is the theory of legal certainty regarding the human rights of criminal convicts as correctional inmates.
