The data collection is done by distributing a lift to the staff of Rotaryana. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and double regression analysis with two free variables. Validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests that include normality tests, multicolinearity tests, and heterocedasthesis tests performed to acquire the validity of regression models. The results show that: (1) collectively, organizational culture and motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. (2) there is no positive and significant influence between organizational cultures and employees performance.
