However, most attentions are attracted on how to form and retain a rigid formation. In many practical situations, due to the tasks and environment are dynamic and uncertain, rigid formation may not obtain the best performance. In this paper, a flexible formation concept is proposed, which is described in a probabilistic formation form. The effect of the idea is studied in a CMOMMT problem. Simulation's results show that the flexible formation algorithm based on the proposed idea performs better than the rigid formation algorithms.","PeriodicalId":155562,"journal":{"name":"IEEE ICCA 2010","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114345051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A PCH model of induction motor is established. The induction motor and controller are interconnected, and desired closed-loop PCH system structure is obtained by the feedback control. The desired closed-loop Hamiltonian function is given. The controller and load torque observer are designed. The equilibrium stability of the closed-loop system is also verified. Using SVPWM signal transformation method, speed regulation of induction motor is implemented by controlling the duty ratio of every converter switch. The simulation results show the system has good load disturbances attenuation and good speed tracking performances.","PeriodicalId":155562,"journal":{"name":"IEEE ICCA 2010","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114656682","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The HPMS architecture, the structure of the intelligent diagnosis system, the knowledge base, and the inference process are presented in detail. A diagnostic tree of HPMS is built by domain experts, and the diagnostic priorities of nodes in the tree are determined based on a fuzzy group multiple attribute decision making method. QNX operation system has been used in developing the proposed diagnosis system. The proposed Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) circuit and Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) circuit are both improved in the base of the pure SET and SET/MOS hybrid circuits that were designed by other research groups, so they possess the merits of both SET and MOS circuits. Through the analysis for the device parameters and operating temperature, the proper circuit parameters are selected. The accuracies of the 4-bit DAC circuit and 3-bit ADC circuit are validated by SPICE. Compared with the pure SET circuits, not only the driving capability, but also the swing of output signal has been enhanced in the novel converter. Compared with the other SET/MOS hybrid circuit, the novel converter has compact circuit structure, higher integration density and lower power depletion.","PeriodicalId":155562,"journal":{"name":"IEEE ICCA 2010","volume":"316 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115254080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recognition of TCM pulse has received more and more attention in recent years. Extracting proper features is crucial for satisfactory classification. While most of previous methods for feature extraction of TCM pulse have no specific correlation with the mechanism of TCM pulse, a hemodynamics method is used to calculate the pulse waveform velocity (PWV) and pulse reflection factor(R), which reflects the principle of TCM pulse diagnosis. Then K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is employed to classify the data and double cross-validation method is used for accuracy assessment. An average accuracy rate of more than 97.8 % is achieved. It is concluded that the PWV and R may be used as the features for the classification of TCM pulses.","PeriodicalId":155562,"journal":{"name":"IEEE ICCA 2010","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124486860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, a general method to calculate the inverse dynamics model of the parallel robot has been given out, and then the direct dynamics model with Lagrange method has been established. Comparing with the traditional method which use the input as the generalized coordinates, using pose as a method of generalized coordinates can greater improve the computer-controlled real-time control. The objective is to design an admissible state estimator guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the resulting filtering error system with a prescribed ℋ∞ disturbance attenuation level. Based on a piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function combined with S-procedure and some matrix inequality convexifying techniques, two different approaches are developed to the robust filtering design for the underlying piecewise affine systems. It is shown that the filter gains can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which are numerically efficient with commercially available software. Finally, a simulation example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.","PeriodicalId":155562,"journal":{"name":"IEEE ICCA 2010","volume":"111 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124729949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a high-level supervisory piloting scheme, the paper presents a fuzzy intelligent interpretation of the rider's body inclination. It provides an interface between human user and the vehicle with the aim to enhance the piloting capabilities and convenience from human user viewpoint. As a direct controller, considering the nonlinearities of the system, Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model is proposed to combine linearized systems and their controllers, where the controller gains of each linear system are optimally obtained by LMI method.
