The SGM not only assesses the global semantic relatedness between ideal text and tested essay, local semantic relatedness between adjoining text segments, as well as the semantic relationship between vary text segments and the whole texts are also taken into account. Local and global semantic relatedness are combined to measure the overall quality of text contents on the basis of semantic. Our experiment shows that the SGM is competent in assessing the content of English text in terms of semantic grading.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115338130","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On one hand, some special processing for counter of spindle encoder is taken on the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA), when zero pulse(Z) signal of encoder coming the counter is cleared to zero. On the other hand, encoder is read once per interpolation circle when threads are interpolated. Thread interpolation processing is handled just after the zero signal and the offset is distributed averagely into the acceleration area to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of entry point when threads cutting is operated. Applying this new method, the pitch errors are between −0.006 mm and 0.008 mm. While with zero signal interruption method, the errors are between −0.030 mm and 0.032 mm. Experiment results show that this new approach ensures the smoothness of position control, reduces entrance error, and is better for application.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122920906","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

System modeling and controller design for this class vehicles become highly challenging. The interactions between aerodynamics, propulsion system and structural dynamics are incorporated into the model to characterize its unique dynamic behaviors. Comprehensive nonlinear longitudinal equations of motion including analytical polynomial-fitted aerodynamic and propulsive data are presented. Recently, the graphics programmable processor unit (GPU), an increasingly convincing acceleration approach, has been widely adopted in various graphics, visualization, and scientific computing applications. In this paper, we present a GPU-based volume visualization approach for real-time interactive human heart illustration. In our scheme, we first design the transfer function by constructing a lookup table, and adopt a slice-based direct volume rendering method for real-time visualization. Then, a real time heart tissue isolation strategy is used to illustrate each tissue individually. Finally, we design several interactive tools and implement a platform for the effective visualization of cardiac tissues.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124644907","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The causes of image rotation are discussed. The influence of the frame encoders' precision on imaging de-rotation quality is analyzed. The Roll-Swing imaging seeker is designed for high-speed aerocraft, thus the received images are greatly degraded due to atmospheric turbulence. A new method of image restoration is proposed for turbulence-degraded images in this paper. The method is to get point spread function (PSF) based on the estimation of optical transfer function (OTF) according to the optical system design simulation. Finally, to obtain the restored image, constrained least squares filtering is used with the known PSF. The experiment results indicate that the new restoration method has a favorable effect to satisfy requirement of the automatic target recognition.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130317874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are a number of deficiencies in EKF such as biased estimation, complexity in calculation and inefficacity in not being able to compute analytical derivatives affect its application in many fields. In this paper, Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is employed for estimation of the state variables of the chaotic dynamical system. The chaotic synchronization is implemented by the UKF in the presence of processing noise and measurement noise. The results of the simulation on the Rossler chaotic system by UKF and its comparison with EKF show that the UKF has more accuracy and efficiency than EKF.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124005581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was obtained that the amplitude spectrum of surge impulse current principally concentrates within 1MHz based on the spectrum analysis. The electromagnetic radiation model of the electric dipole excited by surge impulse current was deduced by using retarded vector potential and electromagnetic field theory, and the analytic expressions in time domain of the radiated electromagnetic fields were given. Moreover, results were acquired by software MATLAB. The results show that the amplitude of the radiated electromagnetic field of an electric dipole is proportional to the surge peak current; the radiated E-field and H-field attenuate with distance; and the radiated electromagnetic field amplitude changes with time in pulse shape at a field point.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124178926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tongue coating is the most important characteristic to reveal the pathological changes of the tongues for identifying diseases. In this paper, an efficient and effective technique is proposed to retrieve coating images. We obtain the pixel template value of pixels by applying thresholding segmentation based relative entropy. Then we use a Reduced K Nearest Neighbor algorithm to extract 20-dimension feature vector based on a prior layout distribution. Finally, a distance based the cumulative ratio is proposed for tongue coating image matching. This algorithm exploits an approximation of the optimal proportionate step size to keep the fast initial convergence speed during the whole adaptation process until the adaptive filter reaches its steady state. However, the convergence performance of MPNLMS demonstrates slow convergence speed when the excitation signal is colored. The affine projection algorithm (APA) achieves a fast convergence speed for correlated input signals by updating the weight vector based on several previous input vectors. In this paper, generalization of the reliable method from the affine projection algorithm to a MPNLMS algorithm is presented. The proposed algorithm is evaluated using impulse responses with various degrees of sparseness. Simulations show good results in terms of speed of convergence and final mean-squared error.","PeriodicalId":155559,"journal":{"name":"2011 3rd International Conference on Advanced Computer Control","volume":"125 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-09-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131664660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
