Field examination of the pipe-based transmission system on the pipeline of existing air-conditioning equipments in a building has been completed. In this paper describes the field test results, such as bit error ratio and physical transmission rates and radiated electric field at the out side of the building. In this paper, we present the Integrated Measurement and Analysis System (IMAS) which manages DTV and T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) test data very efficiently. This system can measure various parameters of DTV, T-DMB as well as Analog TV (ATV) and FM broadcasting in fixed or mobile measurement mode. All the test equipments are connected through the local area network and managed by the system controller with an open device interface. In this paper we briefly explain our reference design, and its main components. Also, we show two developed solutions, one for the MediaPortal HTPC, and another to the Freevo HTPC. The VISUALISE project enhanced coverage of the World Rally Championships in South Wales (UK) in December 2007. Using consumer handheld devices, wireless technology was deployed to enable spectators to access live video feeds (including in-car footage), live timing data and live GPS information. Live multi-channel video was streamed to mobile terminals using a broadcast WiFi protocol. While this allowed many terminals to receive the service, enhanced IP encapsulation and robust video playback (including loss concealment) was required at the server and client respectively. The motion prediction with the Kalman filter is incorporated into the Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi (KLT) tracker to further speed up the tracking process. A new scheme is proposed to adaptively update the Kalman filter.
