The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Respondents in this study were school principals, heads of administration, administrative staff, and several parents and guardians of students. The source of funds owned by Binamitra Vocational School comes from the foundation's own funds, funds from student guardians for education funding, funds from the central government (BOS) and funds from the district (BPMU), as well as temporary assistance from several companies. In the economic context, the total short-term cost is the same as the fixed cost plus the variable cost. By looking at the existing financing at Binamitra Vocational School, it is divided into three financing costs, namely investment costs, personal costs and operational costs. All of which are described in the RAPBS of Binamitra Vocational High School. From the results of the research, that for the running of the RAPBS at Binamitra Vocational School through the stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, and 3) reporting and evaluation. To avoid program errors, there must be an evaluation. Evaluation is usually done two weeks a month. Phenomenologically, which is related to the learning process, it will greatly affect several factors, one of which is the difficulty of pronouncing some letters properly due to problems with the articulators. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method by trying to trace various works and writings related to the focus of the study, either directly or indirectly. The works are read carefully and then analyzed and interpreted qualitatively according to the research problems that have been determined previously. There are several disorders that hinder their articulation ability, including distortion, where there is a change in language sounds to sounds that cannot be used, or can change the meaning of the whole word or even have no meaning, this is because the sounds are not recognized in the language. his first language, namely Indonesian, such as the sound ? (qof), ?? ( ta), ?? (za) changed to the sound ? (dad) ?????? ?? ??, ? is changed to sound ?, and also ? (fa) sound is changed to ? (mim) or ? (nun) sound. And all vowel sounds I (kasrah) will be changed to the vowel sound e^. In addition, there is a sound production abnormality called nasality, which is caused by a narrowing or underdevelopment of the nostrils so that air is not expelled properly. In fact, the internet has now become a necessary necessity for the majority in many circles, with the development of the media so that it has an impact, one of the impacts is that many teenagers are bullying others in verbal and non-verbal forms. The purpose of this study is to find out how related the media is so that it can trigger bullying behavior. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical correlation. And the results of this study are the relationship between social media and bullying behavior. If it is seen that the rxy obtained is 0.665, it turns out that it lies between 0.40 - 0.70 based on the guidelines contained in the table. So it can be stated that the correlation between the variables X and Y is a moderate or sufficient correlation. The subjects were students of Al Amanah Islamic Kindergarten aged 5-6 years, with the object was gross motor skills development by creative dance activities. This study was conducted in pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection was obtained by observation, interview and documentation studies.The results showed: 1) Creative dance activities were able to develop gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al Amanah Depok which was shown by an increase in average results on all indicators: balance, agility and flexibility, with the results of 53.43% in the pre-cycle to 68.86% in cycle 1 and in cycle 2 by 88%; 2) Creative dance activities were able to develop gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at RA Al Amanah Depok. This is indicated by the results that have fulfilled the predetermined success criteria. After being analyzed using statistics, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the implementation of anti-corruption education on the integrity of students by 13.69% while the remaining 86.31% is the influence of other factors. Significance test with 0.05 confidence obtained that 4.18 from . Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a correlation between the implementation of anti-corruption education and the integrity of students. Personality is a mechanism that controls and directs a person's attitudes and behavior. If a person's personality is strong, then his attitude is firm, not easily influenced by the persuasion of factors that come from outside. Conversely, if the personality is weak, then a person will be easily swayed by various external factors and influences. Religious attitude is a condition that exists within a person who encourages him to behave according to his level of religious observance. The condition found at SMP Assahaqiyah Bekasi is that students still have weak personalities, as evidenced by their attitude when religious activities take place such as congregational prayers, they still need a warning from the teacher.The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMP Assahaqiyah Bekasi which consisted of 3 classes totaling 40 children. And the sample used was 40 students.Based on the data analysis conducted, the research can conclude that there is a relationship between the community environment and religious behavior shown by thit of 3.854 and p-value 0.000 0.05, so H0 is rejected. Thus the community environment has a positive effect on religious behavior. The results of the study concluded that the relationship between students' personality and religious behavior indicated by thit was 3,057 and p-value 0.004 0.05, so H0 was rejected. Thus the student's personality has a positive effect on religious behavior.The results of the study concluded that when viewed from table B, the value of = 13,243 + 0.398 X1 + 0.457 X2. Seen in column sig 0.000 compared to alpha 0.05 the result is smaller, so H0 is rejected. Thus the better the community environment and the personality of students together they influence religious behavior. So, the influence of the community environment and the personality of students simultaneously both affect religious behavior by 56.5%. Character education is the foundation must be designed and developed in student textbooks. The quality of the book content will lead students to the educational goals in the curriculum. This research is a content analysis research with the thematic book subject for fourth grade students, it tries to focus on the character values contained there. The results showed that in five thematic books, fourth grade students in semester I had explicitly and implicitly developed seven character values: religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, confident, polite and caring. Religious character values have the lowest frequency, while other character values are developed more intensively by providing actual models and examples in life. Therefore, to find out how to improve the quality of the principal's competence, more in-depth research is needed regarding the Professional Development of Educational Leadership. From this phenomenon, several research problems were formulated to find answers to the nature of the professional development of educational leadership at SMKN 1 Buahdua, how is the basis of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology for the development of professional leadership in education at SMKN 1 Buahdua. The methodology used in writing this paper is descriptive qualitative method with Library Research and field research approaches. Field research was carried out using interviews with the leadership and other parties related to visits to several locations in the school environment. The results of the study, the Religious Foundations of Professional Development of Educational Leadership at SMKN 1 Buahdua lead to Q.S Ali-Imron: 159 about deliberation and monotheism of the principal and noble character; wise and prudent; democratic; honest; sportsmanship; sincere in carrying out their duties with indicators always praying for their students. In terms of self-potential, Q.S Al-Isro: 70 emphasizes increasing self-potential at SMKN 1 Buahdua, especially the principal. The foundation of the Philosophy of Professional Development of Educational Leadership at SMKN 1 Buahdua leads to a Progressivism Philosophy which is always the principal continuously updates himself with various self-development efforts by continuing to hone experience so that the role of the principal at SMKN 1 Buahdua increases. The foundation of Psychology of Professional Development of Educational Leadership at SMKN 1 Buahdua leads to Developmental Psychology where the Principal as the leader of Education there continues to develop himself with various efforts, such as attending seminars.
