A FMCW (Frequency-Modulated Continuous-Wave) radar transmits a chirp signal whose frequency increases linearly with time from 77GHz to 81GHz. The reflected signal is then mixed with the transmitted signal using a mixer to generate an IF (intermediate frequency) signal. Thereafter, the IF signal is converted to a digital signal using an ADC. Fast Fourier transform FFT) is performed on the digitized samples to determine its range. Constant false alarm rate (CFAR) algorithms are also applied to determine the targeted object from the cluster of objects. This is ongoing research and hence, the discussions presented is limited to the following topics: 1. Range estimation based on frequency spectrum of a 77 GHz radar sensor. 2. Population-based methods are usually used in solving these problems. However, in recent years, optimization problems become complicated and high dimensional. Traditional methods are difficult to present effective results when searching in the high dimensional hyper-cube. To cross these shortcomings, a novel confrontational bare bones particle swarm optimization (CBBPSO) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Different from traditional population-based algorithms, the global worst particle is also recorded by the CBBPSO. A new confrontation operator is proposed. The confrontation operator offers every particle a second choice. In each iteration, each particle can move to the global best particle or the global worst particle. To verify the optimization ability of the proposed method, five famous benchmark functions from CEC2005 are used in the experiment. The basic principle of phase-selective breaking is described, various parameters of circuit breaker breaking performance are analyzed, the electric grid breaking arc model is established, and the arc resurgence probability is analyzed. The 61-node real power grid topology and related parameters are selected, the short-circuit point is set, and the overvoltage and arc reignition probability of three-phase breaking and phase-selective breaking are compared and analyzed by simulation software. The simulation results prove the phase-selective breaking proposed in this paper. The FESS uses a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM), which adopts field-oriented control (FOC) with PI control units. The PLC and its connection with an OPC unified architecture (OPC-UA) composite an industrial Internet-of-Things (IoT) system. The cooperation among the drive system's controller, the PLC, and auxiliary devices is essential for the system control. This paper focuses on analyzing the system character of the FESS by transfer function analysis. It also introduces the whole PLC system and defines reasonable measurement and communication units. First, we built a PMSM mathematical model, then, the PI control and its tuning methods are introduced. Through system simplifying, the FESS is modelled by a transfer function. The motor parameters are evaluated by experiments. The simulation shows that the PI parameters change the system response speed. This should be considered in the design phase for the communication system. In order to solve the problem of service exchange between different systems, this paper studies the core technology of cluster service gateway supporting multiple communication protocols of heterogeneous system, including: service state sharing technology between heterogeneous systems, service communication technology between different protocols, dynamic routing management technology, blue-green release and other technologies. The position errors of these elements are inevitable and strongly influence the electrical performance. Based on the geometric requirements, many methods have been proposed to deal with the tolerance design of position errors using experimental data. However, the geometry-based tolerance design methods may not satisfy the performance requirements. What's worse, the experimental data are often not available due to the high measurement cost. Here, a simulation-data-driven tolerance and structure integrated design method is proposed to reduce the degradation of electrical performance based on the performance requirements. First, a simulation dataset including position errors and the corresponding performance parameters is generated based on the conical sampling method and the antenna theories. Then, based on the extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) algorithm, prediction models are built and the weights of discrete elements for each electrical performance parameter are determined. Finally, according to the practical performance requirements, the whole array is divided into several subarrays based on the clustered weights and the tolerance in each subarray is optimized with the grid searching method. By introducing a disturbance-like term, the difficulty that comes from incommensurate derivative order in system is successfully overcome. Compared with literature, the boundedness assumption of disturbance-like term is removed in this paper. Then, by using the backstepping method, the adaptive control scheme is designed and the stability of system is analyzed. It is worth pointing out that the derivative order of parameter update laws is independent of the one of system. Besides, a new auxiliary filter signal is proposed to deal with input saturation. Based on the concept of low-carbon economy, this paper introduces the carbon trading, and takes the minimum sum of total operating cost and carbon trading cost as the objective function to establish a low-carbon economic model of the regional integrated energy system (IES), which is composed of gas turbines, photovoltaic cells, storage batteries and other com-ponents. The problem of low-carbon optimal scheduling when heat pumps, electric boilers and gas boilers are used as auxiliary heating equipment respectively, is studied. A case study is performed to show the effectiveness of this model. In order to accurately fit the probability distribution, Fourier series, polynomial function and Gaussian function are introduced to analyze the data, and the root mean square, variance and determination coefficient are used as evaluation indexes to evaluate and compare the above methods. In terms of various indicators, the third-order Fourier series can more accurately describe the probability distribution of wind farm output power. Finally, the fitting method is verified by different time data.
