In order to accurately fit the probability distribution, Fourier series, polynomial function and Gaussian function are introduced to analyze the data, and the root mean square, variance and determination coefficient are used as evaluation indexes to evaluate and compare the above methods. In terms of various indicators, the third-order Fourier series can more accurately describe the probability distribution of wind farm output power. Finally, the fitting method is verified by different time data.
