However, the traditional manual inspection method has slow identification speed and low identification accuracy, resulting in a lot of labor cost. In this paper, an image recognition method of transmission line voltage stability risk assessment based on icing image is proposed to realize fast and accurate identification of transmission line voltage stability risk. Firstly, the transmission line icing image data are collected to identify the risk of transmission line break. Then, a convolutional neural network model based on Mobilenet-V3 framework is built, and the transmission line icing image data is used as the input and transmission line break risk as the output of the model. The model is trained to generate a rapid assessment model of transmission line voltage stability risk. Then, another deep learning model is built which can achieve the fast calculation of voltage stability margin of the system based on the different transmission line break. And the product of line breaking risk and voltage stability margin obtained from the Mobilenet-V3 model and deep learning model is taken as the final voltage stability evaluation result. Finally, the model is tested on a 500kV transmission line in a province. The test results show that this method can realize the rapid and accurate voltage risk assessment of transmission line.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"414 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124813200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But often, the UAV working environment is not ideal, and the interference caused by various uncertainties can seriously affect the normal formation flight of the UAV. Current control methods focus more on the research of formation transformation and obstacle avoidance of UAVs, lacking attention to the nonlinear disturbances of UAV speed and position, and lack of research on multi-UAV synchronization under the action of nonlinear perturbations. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a cascade Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) method for Multi-UAV cooperative formation flight control system, which achieves online estimation of nonlinear perturbations by expanding the state observer, designs a feedback controller based on the estimated values of perturbations, enhances the UAV resistance to nonlinear time-varying perturbations, and improves the formation efficiency of the UAV and the robustness of the controller. A simulation model of the multi-UAV cooperative formation flight control system is established using MATLAB, and the parameters of the ADRC controller are rectified. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can ensure that the UAVs can maintain the desired formation when subjected to nonlinear time-varying perturbations, and the controller has good robustness, which enhances the ability of the multi-UAV cooperative formation flight control system to resist nonlinear perturbations.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115166845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, it is challenging to implement a model-driven indicator of the unbearable complexity in solving the high-dimensional power flow equations. In this paper, based on high dimensional statistics, we first propose a novel data-driven abnormal detection method for large-scale power systems with unknown information of noise, which relieves the pain of thick assumptions needed in classical data-driven methods. Furthermore, we propose to employ the Eigen-inference theory to estimate the unknown parameters in the noise model. Lastly, comprehensive experiments are carried out to verify the superiority of the proposed method over different scale benchmarks.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123678051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, considering uncertainties of both wind power and price-based demand response (PDR), this paper constructs a day-ahead scheduling model of SNLS flexible resources based on robust optimization framework. Secondly, the constructed model considers the operation characteristics of SNLS flexible resources, with the minimum total cost as the optimization goal, and considers life constraints on battery energy storage (BES) and congestion management on transmission lines. After linearization, the model constructed in this paper is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) problem. Because supercapacitor can charge and discharge at large current, it has been employed to output and absorb peak power in energy storage systems. In those applications, the state-of-charge(SOC) of supercapacitor is usually calculated in Amper-Hour integral (AHI) measurement. Though the nonlinearity of supercapacitor working process isn't as intense as that of lithium battery, the SOC estimation error of AHI for supercapacitor can't be ignored. In this paper, a SOC estimation method of supercapacitor with Kalman filtering algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the equivalent circuit model of supercapacitor is established, and the function relationship between its open circuit voltage and SOC is obtained by theoretical analysis and experimental test. Then parameters of the equivalent circuit model are updated with Forgetting Factor Least Square method. Finally Kalman filter operator is designed by using the state equation of charge and discharge of supercapacitor. The experiment result shows the estimation error is ranging from −0.51 % to 0.07% and RMSE is 0.0023, which indicates the accuracy of the SOC estimation algorithm.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128164990","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, site resources have gradually become the biggest bottleneck for operators to build base stations. The high cost of proper site selection and coordination has greatly increased the expenses involved. As China's power network is being increasingly perfected, the coverage of transmission lines has also been extended forming a crisscross, widely distributed, and well-defined grid channel. These distribution characteristics of the power transmission lines enables all parts of the tower to share power tower resources. This study analyzes the electromagnetic environment of TD-LTE base station installed on the power tower, including the main index of antenna, power density calculation, electromagnetic environment protection distance calculation, etc., and carries out on-site monitoring. From the results of the theoretical analysis and monitoring, the electromagnetic radiation intensity in all directions meets the requirements set by the relevant standards.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128422824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An effective method is proposed to determine the inner and outer orientational contours based on kernel points. At the specified height crosss-section of the model, kernel points are calculated according to the polygon enclosed by the intersection points where cross-section intersects with the model. Kernel line is obtained by any two kernel points. The intersection points that the kernel line intersects with contours are used to determine the containment relation. The containment relation is related with orientation of the contour ring. According to the line segment between any two adjacent points and the kernel point, the orientation of the contour is quickly determined by calculating the intersection points where the line segment and the contour intersects. Case study shows that the method proposed can effectively determine the containment relation and orientation for complex contours with a significantly reduced time complexity.","PeriodicalId":153030,"journal":{"name":"2021 3rd International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131668419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
