The results of frequency shift calculations caused by various geodynamic phenomena are presented, and the significance of these shifts for modern optical frequency standards is estimated. Based on the results of the assessment, it was concluded that for the relativistic frequency shift at the level of 10-18, the most significant factors are tides in the solid Earth and oceans, which are well taken into account using modern global tidal models. Nontidal phenomena in the oceans, which cause a change in the geopotential at the level of 0.2 m2/s2 (frequency shift of the order of 2·10-18), do not have much effect on the course of stationary atomic standards located on the continents. The postglacial uplift has a secular character and is well modeled at the present time. It is recommended to pay special attention to the complexly modeled potential changes caused by fluctuations in the water level in reservoirs (for stations located near reservoirs) and the groundwater level. A system for docu-menting archival data on the state and use of land has been developed. For the first time, the analysis of the Syrian lands condition by categories was performed in the period from 1982 to 2018. Changes in agricultural and non-agricultural land over the previous period were detected. Changes in cultivated agricultural land since 1990 were shown. The distribution of the land fund of Syria by regions was presented. Information was provided about the main legislative acts in the field of land use in Syria. The role of land monitoring in maintaining the real estate cadastre (REC) in Syria was defined. The tasks of information support of the REC were defined. A package of documents for information support of the REC in Syria was proposed. The main infor-mation blocks of databases and banks of land and cadastral data in Syria have been identified. Zverev","doi":"10.33764/2411-1759-2022-27-6-5-14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33764/2411-1759-2022-27-6-5-14","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of the work is the analysis of the gravimetric knowledge of the Novosibirsk Region territory based on ground-based measurements presented as mixed gravity anomalies makes it possible to as-sess the reliability and quality of information about the characteristics of the Earth's gravitational field and use it to solve problems of the economy and the defense capability of the state, taking into account the demand and accuracy range. The results of gravity acceleration measurements on the territory of the Novosibirsk region and its immediate surroundings (in the hundred-kilometer zone – the territory of the Tomsk, Omsk, Kemerovo regions and Altai Territory) were obtained from the archives of the Federal State Institution \"TFGI for the Siberian Federal District\". Archival data of the gravity surveys results were digitized, systematized and analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the gravimetric study of the territory of the Novosibirsk region. The results of the gravimetric information analysis are presented in the form of cartograms. The paper compares ground-based gravimetric information for the study area with the data of the modern global geopotential model XGM2019e_2159. The root mean square error of the discrepancy between the model data and ground information is 3.8 mGal in the range of differences from +14 to -12 mGal. The authors analyzed the location of CHO on the Omsk city territory, presented the method for determination of CHO boundaries and the requirements for their protected zone establishment. The approbation took place on the object \"Residential house, 1890-s\", address 84, Rabinovicha st-t, central administrative district, Omsk. As conclusions the article suggests the complex of measures, aimed at the establishment of the CHO protected zone and the compliance with legal regime ensuring the preservation of historical and cultural value of the object. It is recommended to carry out control over CHO condition, to create and implement a monitoring system using modern geodetic measuring tools, remote sensing and geoinformation technologies; to set up a register of CHOs including those ones in bad condition; to develop the technology of their revealing and registering in urban development activity. This gave a new round of development to such a direction of cartography and geoinformatics as geovisualization. Interactivity and dynamics have become the main distinguishing features of modern maps, especially in the field of cartographic design, which now extend to the problems of human-computer interaction to ensure more successful analysis of geodata and the development of spatial solutions. The article examines the existing definitions of geovisualization and proposes its own version. The scheme and features of individual stages of geovisualization creation are considered. Typical tasks that need to be solved to create high-quality visualization of spatial data are formulated and their systematization is performed. Slope processes (develop-ment of landslides, landslides, avalanches) are the most widespread and dangerous geological process-es. Mechanisms of their formation, identification, as well as regular control and monitoring of their condition seem to be the most important elements for a qualitative assessment of landslide phenome-na, including the timely identification of the areas of greatest danger and elimination of their conse-quences. The article presents the currently most common methods and means of identifying landslide areas in order to manage risks efficiently. State pro-grams and regulations define the requirements for them: relevance, informativeness, versatility, ease of use and prompt and cheap monitoring. Existing SD in the form of topographic plans and orthomo-saics do not meet these requirements for urban areas. World experience shows that a 3D city model could solve this problem, but the costs of creating it today are large and comparable to the cost of a 1:500 scale topoplane. A new type of spatial data – a single 3D stereo model of the territory is a real alternative, since it meets the previously specified requirements, and the costs of creating it are signifi-cantly lower than other SD. Therefore, in this paper, the goal was to consider the use of a single 3D stereo model in the management of urban areas, as well as the use of the stereo photogrammetric method on specific examples. It is shown that the stereo model is an optimal product of spatial data, which is created quickly and cheaply and can be used multifunctionaly. The stereo model is used to solve such tasks as operational management of the city, without entering the territory, performing ca-dastral works, including complex cadastral works, performing an inventory of urban infrastructure ob-jects, determining the volume of major repairs of apartment buildings, creating vector models and inte-grating projected BIM models into existing infrastructure, etc. The 3D stereo model was presented at Russian and international exhibitions and forums, such as INNOPROM and \"Traditions and Innova-tions\", dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Rosreestr, in the period from 2017 to 2021, where it re-ceived recognition. In addition, the stereo model has already been introduced in the Republic of Bash-kortostan, the Kaliningrad and Sverdlovsk regions, the city of Izhevsk, Sarapul and others.
