The article discusses various methods for oil spills detection on the water surface by processing remote sensing data obtained by different satellite systems: active (Sentinel-1 [IW]) and passive (multispectral images: medium resolution Landsat-8 [OLI], Sentinel-2 [MSI] and high-resolution PlanetScope). The article notes the problem of the transformation accuracy on the global parameters established by GOST 32453-2017 and the resulting need to determine local versions of these parameters, leading to the creation of uncoordinated spatial data sets in GSK-2011, additional costs and complicating work of consumers. This is the case when performing such measurements in the winter season, when the trans-mission is made through the technological gate of the temporary end of an engineering structure, for example, a nuclear or thermal power plant. The disadvantage of this method is the influence of significant air turbulence at the border of a sharp temperature drop in winter. To eliminate this influence, it is proposed to transmit coordinates inside the engineering structure through window openings. In this case, the total station can be located inside the engineering structure or outside it. When implementing the proposed method, the influence of a sharp temperature drop on the measurement results is almost completely excluded. Studies have established that when the coordinates are transmitted through the glass to the points of internal justification, a parallel transfer of the sighting beam occurs. To exclude it, the sighting must be performed at the horizontal position of the total station telescope. But there are no generally accepted principles and methods for conducting such research in Earth sciences. The article examines such a type of expertise as a compliance of un-authorized construction with urban planning regulations research. The article research objects are houses and land parcels below them. The authors examine Russian and foreign experience in the approach to the peculiarities of urban planning regulation, because it is the base for this type of geodetic expert evidence. The article summarizes the procedural principles of the expertise and describes three special principles that should be taken into account by the expert in research. There are the principle of considering the prescription of the land use and capital construction existence, the principle of urban planning documentation considering, the principle of environmentoriented land use. Their essence and necessity are substantiated. In addition, the author's methodology for this expertise type production is proposed. It ensues from the scientific research essence and contains several stages. The article discovers the peculiarities of each stage. There is a need for targeted specialization of a new generation of topograph-ic maps and plans of Arctic territories, taking into account their physical and geographical specifics. The purpose of the work was to determine the possibility of such specialization based on the use of remote sensing materials from space and computer technologies.To achieve this goal, studies have been conducted to determine the visual and automated decryption capabilities of Landsat Sentinel sat-ellite images in order to expand and refine the existing system of conventional signs of cryogenic re-lief. Based on these studies, new conventional signs for polygonal, bumpy, solifluctional and thermo-karst forms are proposed. When cadastral valuation of real estate objects, the impact of stationary sources of pollution is most often taken into account, the emissions of which are 3.2 times higher than air pollution from mobile sources. The authors considered the method of paired sales for calculating local correction factors in the cadastral valuation of roadside areas of highways. It was established that in the zone of increased pollution level (from 0 to 50 m from the edge of the roadway) there are 34 land plots with the type of permitted use \"individual housing construction\" (IZhS). The results of the calculations showed that the correction factor for the location is 0.83 in the urban area. Zuya and 0.76 in the village. Kind. Thus, the cadastral value of these real estate objects will be reduced by 17 and 24 %, respectively.
