Hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan adalah “Terapi Seni efektif untuk mengurangi dan mengelola tingkat Stres Akademik Siswa Sekolah Menengah”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 69 siswa SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar. Seluruh siswa kelas 9 SMPK 1 Harapan diberikan pre-test untuk mengukur tingkat stres akademik siswa. Rancangan eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 69 siswa kelas 9 di SMPK 1 Harapan terpilih untuk mengikuti pelatihan terapi seni. Post-test dilakukan setelah siswa diberikan pelatihan terapi seni. Diungkapkan bahwa tingkat stres siswa yang diberikan terapi seni mengalami penurunan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan ditemukan bahwa 46 dari 69 peserta (66,66%) mengalami penurunan skor stres akademik. However, currently the role of the mother is no longer just taking care of the household, but also making a living to help meet daily needs in order to achieve prosperity in the family. This is also widely done by mothers who are in North Toraja, where many mothers are currently carrying out dual roles as wives and also as career women. The study aims to reveal the relationship between work family conflict and psychological well-being in wives who have a career in North Toraja. The study used quantitative methods with non-probability snowball sampling techniques. The sample number of 52 wives who had a career in North Toraja. The scale used consists of the work family conflict scale and the psychological well-being scale. Memiliki peran pekerjaan, adat, dan keluarga pada perempuan Bali membuatnya rentan mengalami konflik peran terlebih di masa pandemi covid-19 yang memberikan berbagai perubahan. Adanya konflik peran menjauhkan perempuan Bali dari work-life balance. Work-life balance merupakan kondisi yang berkaitan dengan keseimbangan keterlibatan dan kepuasan pada ranah pekerjaan dan urusan diluar pekerjaan. Kegagalan mencapai work-life balance pada perempuan Bali memicu stres dan mempengaruhi kepuasan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengalaman work-life balance perempuan Bali yang telah berkeluarga dan bekerja pada sektor formal di masa pandemi covid-19. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan empat perempuan Bali yang bekerja pada sektor formal di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dengan wawancara semi terstruktur. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah interpretative phenomenological analysis/IPA yang bertujuan menginterpretasi bagaimana responden memberi arti pada pengalamannya, sehingga peneliti berfokus pada pengalaman unik masing-masing responden dan bagaimana keunikan saling terhubung. Hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tema induk yaitu interaksi ancaman dan peluang di masa pandemi covid-19, Balinese Women’s Agility Roles, dan kepuasan diri. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design yang melibatkan 2 kelompok subjek yang ditempatkan secara random dan diukur sebanyak tiga kali (pretest, posttest, follow up dalam 14 hari setelah perlakuan). Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berada dalam kategori kecemasan ringan hingga berat. Subjek dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan wawancara, observasi dan skala HARS (Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety). Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Wilxocon dan Mann Whitney. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh Mann Whitney skor follow up diperoleh Z = 2.530 (p<0.050) yang artinya tingkat kecemasan kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi konseling kelompok lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberi konseling kelompok. Hasil Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasaan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian konseling kelompok pada kelompok eksperimen Z= 2.060 (p<0.050) menunjukkan adanya penurunan kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah konseling kelompok, begitu juga setelah 14 hari pemberian konseling kelompok didapatkan hasil Z = 2.121 (p<0.050) menunjukkan penurunan kembali tingkat kecemasan setelah 14 hari. Masalah penampilan yang disebabkan oleh jerawat dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak psikologis bagi remaja. Remaja masa kini memiliki tantangan yang berbeda karena lahir ketika teknologi mengalami kemajuan pesat sehingga mereka banyak terpapar media maupun menggunakan media sosial yang ikut menciptakan standar kecantikan yang ideal, yaitu kulit yang bersih tanpa jerawat. Penelitian kualitatif eksploratori ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak psikologis yang dialami oleh remaja masa kini terhadap masalah penampilan karena jerawat dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Partisipan penelitian merupakan remaja berusia 11-20 tahun. Analisis dilakukan dengan menentukan kata kunci jawaban peserta, kemudian menentukan kategori kata kunci ini. Setelah menemukan kategori, hubungan antara kategori dianalisis sehingga membentuk tema. Hasil menemukan bahwa setidaknya remaja mengalami lima dampak psikologis, antara lain perubahan pada self-image dan self- esteem, adanya perasaan malu dan self-consciousness, adanya komentar negatif dan penghakiman, perasaan sedih dan cemas, serta perasaan marah dan frustrasi. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah penampilan karena jerawat menimbulkan berbagai dampak psikologis yang cenderung serupa pada remaja. Dampak-dampak tersebut saling terkait satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencaritahu peran tujuan berprestasi dalam memprediksi kemunculan perilaku mencari bantuan akademik terhadap teman sebaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 163 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana yang didapatkan melalui teknik convenience sampling. Data dari penelitian ini didapatkan melalui skala terjemahan Pattern of Adaptive Learning Survey dan Help Seeking From Peer Measure. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tujuan berprestasi merupakan prediktor positif signifikan dari meminta bantuan instrumental pada teman sebaya (R2=0,221, p<0,001) namun bukan merupakan prediktor dari meminta bantuan eksekutif pada teman sebaya. Adolescents attempt to look as attractive as possible in TikTok without even considering the negative consequences of their actions. Self-control of adolescents can minimize the negative impacts of using TikTok. Self-control in using TikTok among adolescents can be obtained from guidelines in the form of values, one of which is the value of religion or religiosity. This study aimed to examine the relationship between religiosity and self-control in using TikTok among adolescents. The method used in this study was quantitative with 150 subjects aged 11-17 years who uploaded videos on TikTok. The instruments were the Self-Control in Using TikTok Scale and the Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS-15). The Spearman's Rank correlation test results showed that there was a positive relationship between religiosity and self-control in using TikTok for adolescents (r=0.162; p=0.048). The results indicated that higher religiosity is associated with higher self-control in using TikTok among adolescents, and the lower the religiosity, the lower the self-control in the use of TikTok in adolescents. Dengan demikian, prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara perlu untuk memiliki karakter yang membuatnya dapat bertahan di situasi sulit tersebut. Pantang menyerah merupakan trait yang dicirikan dengan hardiness tinggi, kemampuan melakukan koping adaptif, serta efikasi diri tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun alat ukur yang mengukur trait pantang menyerah prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara (IMPI-P32). IMPI-P32 terdiri atas 32 aitem yang mengukur tiga aspek pantang menyerah. Sebanyak 394 prajurit aktif TNI Angkatan udara berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Validitas alat ukur diuji dengan menggunakan validitas konten dan validitas konstrak. Hasil dari penghitungan validitas konten dan konstrak menunjukkan bahwa IMPI-P32 memiliki validitas konten dan validitas konstrak yang diharapkan. Selain itu, seluruh aitem IMPI-P32 juga memiliki indeks korelasi aitem total yang dapat diterima. Melalui analisis reliabilitas dengan menggunakan formula Spearman-Brown, diketahui bahwa alat ukur ini memiliki koefisien reliabilitas di atas 0.90. Some teenagers still have difficulty coping with the emotions they are experiencing, so they choose to calm them down by eating. This can be known as emotional eating. However, many adolescents do not know and realize this behavior, which if done excessively can lead to overweight or even obesity. So through this research, we try to find out the extent of adolescent knowledge regarding emotional eating behavior. Our findings indicate that differences in school levels determine this knowledge, so that the provision of material related to eating disorders is not fully understood by adolescents.
