The classification and regression tree algorithm is applied to carry out pretreatment on the physical fitness and health of the college students in the regular institutions of high learning. In accordance with the characteristics of the classification and regression tree algorithm, calculation is performed on the physical fitness and health test data of the college students. In this paper, the data of CFASL 2015, 2016 and 2017 seasons are collected. And \"the result of each team's last match\", \"compare of teams' ranking in last season\", \"the result of last time the two teams played\",etc. are selected as features to predict the winner of a CFASL match. A time series analysis model of the statistical data flow of foreign language teachers' teaching language teaching evaluation is constructed, and the data structure of foreign language teachers' teaching language evaluation is analyzed. The phase space of the statistical data of foreign language teaching evaluation is reconstructed, and the association rule feature of foreign language teacher teaching language teaching evaluation is extracted in the reconstructed phase space. The extracted features are used as the clustering center for information fusion and the adaptive regression analysis is used to realize the optimal design of the teaching evaluation model. Finally, the model is used to test the comment data of three kinds of Amazon products. It can simplify the process of expansion of semantic tree and adopts amount of information to compute the model which has higher returning similarity. It provides a retrieving method and can optimize the retrieval results according to the feedback mechanism based on shape feature, simultaneously. The analysis results show that, in terms of province, the urbanization in remain at a higher rate in such regions of central Yunnan province, while a lower one in western, southwestern, northeastern regions; in terms of prefecture and city, the capitals of prefectures and cities develop a relatively higher urbanization rate, while a lower in the regions away from the capital.
