Abstract

Starting with the design of cultural landscape tourism experience, this article studies the principle of tourism product design with QFD method, for the defects in traditional measures. It introduces the concepts such as expected service quality and actual perceived service quality, and proposes a multi-objective tourism product optimization design model with maximum tourist satisfaction and minimum design cost, by the analysis of tourism service elements and alternatives for implementation elements, and consideration of the relationship between the alternatives and the tourism elements. Finally, through an actual case of optimal design of tourism products for parent-child tourism, we analyze the choice of solution for the target model under different weights and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach.
