The intelligent optimization scheme integrates the immune PSO algorithm with BP neural network theory, and realizes the nonlinear function fitting algorithm of BP neural network, based on IPSO algorithm optimization. The new fitting algorithm first determines the structure of the BP neural network, and optimizes the initial weight and threshold with IPSO algorithm. Then, it improves the intelligent prediction method to verify the performance. The destruction of ice-snow and the mechanism of removal determine the difficulty degree of ice-snow removal. Firstly, the constitutive model of ice-snow was established. It is considered that the ice-snow are micro-neck links, and its characteristics mainly depend on the binding properties between ice-snow particles. Secondly, the failure process of solid ice-snow is analyzed by high-speed camera. It is found that the failure mode of solid ice-snow is mainly brittle fracture, and the failure process involves three stages: cutting peeling and contacting. Finally, the failure criterion is established based on the solid ice-snow constitutive model, the form of ice-snow failure and the failure process. Besides considering the tool parameters, the friction factor, snow density and compressive strength, Young modulus, friction angle and the other factors are taken into account due to the temperature change. According to current survey and data collection of the company, we clarify the current situation and existing problems of logistics supply chain, and perform demand analysis of logistics supply chain optimization. Then, based the actual situation of the survey data, the optimized scheme for original logistics process is proposed. ABC classification management is used for inventory optimization and the optimal design of transportation and distribution management is also proposed. Mass data are obtained through the grain monitoring system equipped for a great number of high and big one-storey granaries, but they are only explored and utilized by resorting to the working experience of management personnel, without any scientific instruction on the operating management of granaries. With No. 49 silo of Qinjia Granary as the example, and through the data classification methods of four-layer one-shell and seven-core one shell, the paper analyzes grain data of high and big one-storey granaries in northeast cold regions of our country, and establishes the time series prediction model. The findings indicate that the two data classification methods can efficiently simplify the analysis process, and display spatial-temporal variation rules of grain; the relevancy between grain temperature data and ambient temperature data of high and big one-storey granaries is weakened gradually from top layer, middle layer, and lower layer to bottom layer. In order to improve the capacity of big data transmission channel equalization scheduling in cloud computing environment, a cloud computing big data equalization scheduling algorithm is proposed based on Porter interval equalization and fuzzy C-means clustering. The big data transport channel model in cloud computing environment is constructed, and the multipath characteristics of big data transmission channel in cloud computing environment are analyzed. The big data output features are analyzed by combining similarity feature extraction and association rule mining method. The auto-correlation beamforming method is used to analyze the information clustering fusion in the big data equalization scheduling process, and the decision feedback equalization scheduling method is used to design the channel equalization of big data output in cloud computing environment. Spread spectrum technology is used to extend the big data transmission channel to improve the equalization of channel scheduling, and the big data clustering processing in cloud computing environment is combined with fuzzy C-means clustering method to realize big data equalization scheduling in cloud computing environment.
